This is my first scooter and I love it. It rides like those electric scooters that you can rent without the looseness. It’s sturdy and easy to put together. Charges quickly and holds a charge for a couple of days riding a mile to and from work. It’s not heavy and folds easily. The colors I got were red & black and it’s sleek looking. I recommend to anyone wanting to just enjoy life no matter what age. I’m 47 and I love riding my scooter to work each day.

My son has loved the scooter. He uses it daily and loves all the features. It is fast, smooth, has different power/speed settings, and I love that it has built in lights for safety when the sun start going down. I don't use the app much but it's a nice feature.It did stop turning on consistently after a month of use, but I'm not downgraiding my review because when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly and offered a replacement or a new battery (faulty battery was the issue). They shipped the new battery right away when I said I'd try that, and the scooter is back to working great. I'm very happy with the customer service.

I was excited to buy this scooter for my son for Christmas. I waited later than I wanted to order, so I paid over $100 extra to insure it would arrive before Christmas.When it arrived, I unboxed it and had it ready for Christmas morning.My son is 190 and 5’11†tall. The scooter was powerful enough. He achieved 22mph on our paved neighborhood road. It was a good-looking scooter.I was disappointed that on his first ride, while riding on a well-maintained, asphalt rode, the steering column failed.The steering column is supported vertically, fore and aft by a padeye strap that is secured by two machine screws with (too) small heads. The column acts like a long lever arm, fore and aft. It doesn’t take much pressure at the handlebars to create real forces on those screw heads. Casual riding was enough to severe one of the heads that secured the steering column.I was dissatisfied that this happened, for sure but, it got worse when I went to the post office with the return authorization and paid the cheapest shipping fee which amounted to $165. Now I have approximately $550 invested in a broken e-scooter.I will report out once I see how the company handles my disgruntled self.Hoping for a responsible reaction from this seller:company.

I really enjoyed this scooter. Its pretty fast and sturdy, it goes up to 30 miles. The only problem I had was that after getting caught in the rain the scooter would not come on. When it finally did, it was not responding to the prompts. It did go back to normal 2 days later, but that was a bit concerning. Other that that, I love every moment with this scooter it was def the BEST investment of 2024.

"I bought this scooter in November 2024 and have been using it daily (Monday through Friday) ever since. So far, it has performed well—the battery lasts well, the ride is smooth, and it’s easy to fold and carry. I also appreciate how quickly it charges. However, I can’t comment on the app since I’ve never used it."

Love this scooter! The battery life is great and you just can’t beat the price! This was gifted to my son who is your typical rough and tumble kind of kid and it’s still in great condition!! I love it!

Terrible. Don't not recommend buying this item or buying anything from this seller. Problem after 3 weeks. I ve been trying to get a refund and have been strung along for a month. My relative bought the same item after she saw mine and has the same problem after only weeks. They keep saying send photo or the charger but I continue to but tell them there is not send button and I asked them repeatedly to have someone call me and enlighten me on how because their return menu isn't clear on how to. They just respond with sorry for the inconvenience and that this is the only platform that Amazon allows them to use. Amazon not following up on my repeatedly reporting this. And will be using my other sources more. Just frustrated..
