Yes, the handlebars stick out, but fits great otherwise. I purchased this bag without seeing mention of a hiboy fitting. My Hiboy S2 fits, even with a stem bag. The handles are sturdy and comfortable enough for shoulder carry. I like the zippered pocket on the side. It now houses the big bag's storage bag (I don't think I'll ever use that), my instruction manual, and the supplied tools.

we live on a sailboat. brought two of these for getting around when we go to different islands / marinas.game changer. no more long walks in the hot sun or needing to get taxis for running errands, going to restaurants etc. cheapest scooters I found but they seem well put together and they ride nicely. hard tires mean no flats but you feel the bumps a little more. not much of an issue. well lit at night. cruise control and the brakes work great.

This is bag is made of a durable material with a very strong zipper. Light weight and a good fit for Segway scooters.I made a small adjustment. I cut a couple holes in the side and burned them off to seal them from fraying. I made the holes so the handles could stick through. This has made for a perfect fit.

Bought this for my new Volpam escooter. The scooter fits fully in the bag, handle bars included. Bag zips open all the way making it easy to lay out and place the scooter. Great for transporting or storing.

This is a brilliant scooter bag, it's durable opens up big and easy to fit probably a bunch of off road scooters etc, especially for vsett scooters, vsett 8, evolv etc. I have a vsett 8 and it has still a bunch of space.

This is a good durable bag. I used it for when I had to put the scooter in the back of the truck. Not really any other use for it but its a good cover.

It fits very nice, strongly made and very convenient but it's not entirely waterproof in heavy rain. We use it to store an electric scooter outside our RV Van Life in the carrieer basket while on the road and some small amount of water sipped.However it still works very nicely for our road trips.
