Does a great job on my laminate floors or should I say the dog’s laminate floors. I like the idea of not using chemicals or creating waste. Cord could be a little bit longer.

Overall, this is a great product. The instructions were difficult to follow, but for the most part, it wasn't too hard to figure out. It's easy to use and it seriously cleans! It's amazing to see parts of my home when they are really, truly clean. The quality of this steam mop is good, and it feels like it'll last a long time.

I was so excited when I first got this mop. I was thinking this is going to save so much time and energy. It started off great. I used it to clean windows, grout and cabinets. It worked so well, i was so happy. After 3 normal uses, it stopped steaming. I immediately tried to troubleshoot to no avail. Ultimately I had to return it and get a refund. I wouldn't recommend this mop at all.

This steam mop is great. It makes my floor shine and is very light which is good for handling. Easy 5 stars

Recently moved to non carpeted apartment and really needed a steam mop. This steam mop can do it all. Very happy with the purchase. Exactly what I was looking for.

First of all, like many products made overseas, the instructions stink. It is easy to assemble the unit and pretty intuitive, so the instructions aren't that important for this. Everything connected fairly easily. I went to turn the unit on and was getting very frustrated when I kept pushing what I thought would be the on/off switch. I was about ready to give up when I tried the white button considerably below the words on/off. The button looked like it would be the release for the water reservoir. THAT is the power switch. Then you press a button for 1 of 3 settings for the steam and then another button if you are using the mop and want the circular heads to rotate. The mop did an excellent job of mopping up the dirt on my hardwood floors. The amount of steam seemed just perfect. The reservoir held a good amount of water too. I didn't need to refill to do my kitchen. My floors were slightly damp, but not wet.The next day I decided to use the nozzle function to clean my wood banisters that have gross dirt built up from kids holding the railings for years. To remove the mop head you have to reach inside a hold to depresss it so it can snap out of the main steaming unit. The hole is a bit small for my fingers (I do not have large fingers) and it required a lot of pressure. My nail cracked and I worked up a bit of a sweat doing this. The unit has a smaller handle so the streamer is easier to maneuver with. I tried to remove the long mop handle for the shorter one, but it just wasn't happening. The instructions were no help on this either. So, I just used it with the long handle. The fittings for "not mop" use were easy to put on. It was a bit awkward with the long handle but doable. This thing took off years of embedded dirt! I couldn't believe it! The banister was a whole new color. I then used it to clean the bottom of a shower and the metal part of my window sill where dirt accumulates. After that, I steamed without a brush on my toe railing which never looked so good. So in spite of its flaws, I am totally addicted to this product.
