Bought a few months ago. Was easy to install. It’s worked perfect for my 3 bedroom and a loft, 2 bathrooms, 1500 square-foot house. I never run out of hot water. My electric bill has gone down to a fraction of the cost. Have tons of space in my mechanical room. This took the place of a 40 gallon water heater.. â¤ï¸

My well pump runs at about 55psi, thru 1/2" tubing. This water heater gives me the hot water that I use at my sink, at the shower,& at the temp. that I asked for. I just LOVE IT! My very OLD water heater could not do all the cool stuff that this one does. For me the hook-up was easy, because I already had my old one hooked-up & just used my old wiring/plumbing to hook-up the new one. Amazonen.

DOA Pay $300 I have this installed. System is faulty. Will not even turn on requested a replacement and cost me another $150 to have the replacement installed. I’ll let you know how it goes. No contact from seller.

I live alone. It got really cold outside my conventional water heater froze and cracked was leaking water so I had to get something different. Decided to go tankless route. Looked at a lot of the decided on this one and I am not regretting it it works well for everything. I know that the add says not for shower use but it does fine in mine. The only thing it won’t do is the clothes washer. It will not keep up with it. Now I will admit I do have to run the hot water to the shower and kitchen sink slower but. It still works. The only trouble I have with it is that the temperature is in Celsius only it won’t switch to Fahrenheit. And once in awhile I have to manually turn it on. Other than that it’s trouble free

The installation was pretty simple. If you are comfortable doing homeowner DYI, this is nothing. The control panel is nice. Just be aware, a flow rate over about 3gpm won't get you any hot water. I installed a shower head with a flow of 1.8GPM(the unit reads about 2.2gpm) and it's awesome! Even when the outside temp is around 30f.

- Tiempo de entrega Excelente- Calienta y realiza la función según el flujo de agua, tiempo de espera 2-3 segundos y después tienes agua caliente a demanda el calentador es robusto lo que indica que tiene una muy buena estructura de construcción y se nota que está hecho para durar.- la instalación es súper fácil pero se necesita la ayuda de un electricista si no tienes las conexiones a 220v requerida la ayuda de otra persona ma está de más.Siempre he usado duchas eléctricas, que duran menos tiempo ya que la resistencia se rompe y los cambios y/o reparaciones salen caras.^ Recomiendo mucho esta opción ^

I wasn't aware I was gonna have to wire everything inside and out. Maybe my fault not reading everything, but you will also need to purchase other items to complete it. Including electric wiring, caps, screws everything.
