Q: What kind of surfaces is the vacuum suction surface suitable for?
CAN: Suitable for FLAT and completely SMOOTH surfaces.
CANNOT: Not suitable for surfaces that are curved, textured, uneven, or rough, as they may cause air leaks and poor suction.
EXAMPLE: Painted smooth wood is OK, but textured/uneven/rough wood is NOT OK.
Q: How to determine if the product is working properly?
[VACUUM SUCTION] Press the product lightly onto the surface; it will automatically extract air and make a BUZZING SOUND. The sound stops once the vacuum is complete. If there's no sound, check if the product needs to be charged.
[CHARGE] The product uses a low voltage design; please use a charging adapter with a power output below 15W. Fast charging adapters may not be compatible.
Q: Which phones are the magnetic suction surfaces compatible with?
Compatible with MagSafe phones like iPhone 12/13/14/15 standard/pro/pro max. For non-MagSafe phones, use a magnetic ring or magnetic phone case.
Q: Can it be attached to a car dashboard?
Please note that the product only works on COMPLETELY SMOOTH surfaces. In particular, in cars, leather or plastic center consoles may prevent the product from adhering properly. Please ensure that the mounting surface is COMPLETELY SMOOTH AND FLAT.

I travel on “budget†airplanes often. They have very tiny trays and often hard to fit my iPad, drink and snack all on one tray even on other airlines with bigger trays. Plus, my neck gets sore from looking down. I looked at many phone holders that didn’t completely fit my needs until I came across this one. I had an upcoming trip, so I figured I’d give it a go for my iPad. I hadn’t seen hardly any reviews on using this for an iPad so I gave it a go. This thing is pretty impressive. As you can see by my photos, the back of the seat is plain and not metal but some kind of composite material (I’m guessing but definitely not metal). This thing held on for its life. Even during take off and turbulence, it held my iPad with no worries from me. My flight was over 2 hrs and it had no sign of coming off. One of the best purchases I’ve made and game changer for flights!!!

Bought this with high expectations. It worked for 1 month. Does not work when the windows are hot. It kept falling off. Initially thought it was not charged correctly, but after keeping it charged for 24 hrs, and using it the following day over the summer…… it kept falling off . You can hear the suction trying to adjust and adhere to the window/ dashboard, did not work. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

It does the job, and it's nice to have this, but no way to turn it off is really an oversight as I move it location to location and accidentally press the button in so many situations, leading to a loud and repetitive, obnoxious sound as it tries to connect to whatever surface it imagines it needs to. It doesn't time out, either. It just goes on and on.Finally, as convenient as it is to quickly move it around, I don't actually find that I need to move it around that much, and since there's no tilt function, it doesn't actually fit most situations.Edit:I was offered a full refund, so I added a star in appreciation, despite the issues mentioned above.

Will stick to anything not overly porous. If seal breaks, will re-vacuum seal itself. Pretty difficult to remove the phone from the device itself 👠the magnets works for sure.

Very cheap and poor quality. Fails constantly and needs to re-suction a lot causing loud noises frequently

Battery doesn’t hold changed for long at all and the suction on glass stays good until a slightly bumpy road or when my car is parked without shade from the sun. Great concept, poor execution. Wish it was more sturdy/reliable.

The suction and magnetic aspects are excellent. The problem is the adhesive on the metal ring is weaker than the magnet. So, when using it the metal ring gets ripped off whatever it was adhered to when you separate them. And then it is extremely difficult to remove the metal ring from the magnet. If you have to use the metal ring, remove the adhesive and use something like superglue.
