What a gorgeous, quality made violin! I'm very happy with mine! The sound is pleasant and you can tell that they really took the time on details. So much was included that you really need little else, except maybe a tuner, which I bought separately for an affordable price. I wish the included headphones would fit in the case somewhere without zipper issues, but that's such a minor thing and I can always get a different pair. The case has a hydrometer built in and I thought that was a very thoughtful addition! Thanks for putting so much love into your violins!

I am 58 years old and have been playing since I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade. The Electric Violin Bunnel Edge kit was a great price. All of the items that came with this kit makes it an excellent choice. I just received my violin today and have been extremely pleased with the look, feel, and the finish of the instrument. I will comment later after I have used it a bit. I feel like a kid at Christmas!

This is my first violin that I plan to learn to play on. Looking over the violin, I was very impressed with the quality so far. Everything in the kit seemed to be in good working order. I had no issues getting the violin to tune. I did order peg drops after reading reviews with other violins, I have not needed them yet. I am very satisfied with this violin, and love the finish. I'm very satisfied with the case that came with it as well. It is one that I know I can plan on using for a long time. I believe this will be a great first violin for me, and I'm excited to get started!

We purchased two Edge violins in Rock Star Red. Both were perfect out of the box and ready to play. The mini-amp has a good sound. It’s perfect for us as beginners. For the price, the Edge & accessories is a very good value. Kennedy Violins customer support was friendly and helpful when we called with a question. Kennedy’s YouTube videos have got us off to a great start also.

This was my first electric violin and I think I got it 4 or 5 years ago... only buy it for the violin. Don’t buy it for all of the accessories. Even from a beginner stand point, the bow was sub par, case was flimsy, headphones were uncomfortable, and mine came with an amp that broke within the first week. Replace the strings as soon as you get the violin. I did find that this a difficult instrument to tune, the pegs had to really be pressed in that way they don’t slip. The sound quality was quite impressive from this price point, and the instrument had a nice weight to it, not too heavy not too light. Make sure you turn everything off or you are going to be replacing batteries every time you play it.Do not buy this if you are an intermediate or advanced player, go with a Yamaha, or NS design, you will get more use out of those than you will this.You are probably better off buying just a violin and then buying accessories like the case and bow etc because they will be higher quality and allows for more customization when you think about it. Not a bad purchase for a beginner but there are better.

We were very satisfied with the purchase of this bundle. The amp is small, and ok for a starter, which we knew from the description. It is a really good quality product. You can tell the manufacturer cares about its product - attention to detail and quality. They have a great website for additional information /products/etc. Register your violin on the website and you will get additional items in the mail! My son was quite happy to receive this and enjoys playing!

I did not receive the mini amp or replacement strings. Very disappointing called Kennedy will be sending it good customer service
