DIY cut my concrete channel for drainage. This one save me $1,000 from hiring the pro. I did an ok job (not pro but save $1000).

We bought this to channel plaster and structolite walls for electrical cabling. This saw does what it says and with ease. It's heavy and gives your arms a good workout. One downside is that it creates alot of dust. It has a water attachment feature that really cuts down the dust but we don't use it because we work in apartments in the city and can't take a chance havongnwater damage to apartments below. We attach a vacuum to cut down on the dust. Still blows dust around but saves an incredible amount of time chopping and channeling. Great tool.

There would be alot less problems with this type of saw if it came with instructions. Alot of people use this saw wrong by pulling it backwards and that will burn up the motor in a few feet. For those people look at the laser it points forward so there for push the saw forward. I cut though 10 feet of concrete and didn't trip the breaker on my generator not even once.

It truly is high quality for the money, I ended up returning as it was never used but contemplated keeping it just because of the value but I'll never use it myself

the tool itself is what you would expect for the price. it works but it's not a professional grade tool. if you're used to tools like Makita or DeWalt then don't expect this tool to feel like one of those at this price point.The water system is hard to manage but it does function and will work on and off but you have to keep an eye on it.the dust port is way to small, I did try it, it collected about 1/10 of what you really need to be effective. I 3d printed a shop vac holding bracket (see picts) and put 4 m3 tapped allen heads in the shroud cover. This works better and I'm able to get about 80% of what comes out. You will want to cut with it wet for sure.I'm putting pex tubing into an existing slab so if you use a 3 blade config it's almost perfect. (see picts)I show a comparison of the blades after about 80 feet of cutting. That is all your going to get is about 70-80 feet per blade. But the blades are cheap enough so... the side pict is a used up blade, the end pict is showing a compare of new blades vs the center blade that has about 80 ft on it.so I guess for the money and my project it's going to work but if you were going to use this tool everyday I would say put your $ elsewhere for sure. For a one time project and a couple of hundred feet of cutting this will work.I did plasma cut out a little chassis for this cutting ( see last photo ) it was not hard and this improves this tool about 10x. you can just drive it along the floor and it cuts the slot. with a little more effort one could do a handle and cut standing up.Cheers

No estoy en el ámbito de la construcción sin embargo mis trabajadores en mi proyecto de casa me han comentado que hace mucho mas fácil, limpio y eficiente el trabajo que están realizando. Hay que tener en cuenta que es pesada, pero aparentemente con el tiempo se adquiere técnica para usar de mejor manera la herramienta y no batallar con ella. Esperemos cumpla las expectativas, en el mes de uso aparentemente sin problema alguno

Hasta el momento la he usado poco aproximadamente 50 m de ranura, sin embargo, ha dado el servicio esperado, he ranurado concreto, block, ladrillo de lama, ha sido confiable y eficiente.
