Review update:I am updating my original review to highlight a couple of things. First is the high quality of customer support I have received. This company addressed my concerns, apologized and provided me with a free opener.The second is, I now believe the original opener I received was somewhat faulty. The new opener seems stronger and does not bog down as much when opening a bottle of wine. It does slow down while removing the cork, but the new one doesnΓ’β¬β’t struggle as much as the original one.Unfortunately this opener was not powerful enough. On the first 2 bottles of wine I opened, it barely could get the cork out. The other accessories looked fine. But I chose to return this item because of it weak strength.

Just got feedback from my friend, she opened and used quickly while she received this Thanksgiving gift from me. It is easy to know how to operate without instructions.
