As a lifelong & former professional musician, I was thrilled when 2 of my grandsons began showing an interest in learning music - the older one in drums. So my wife and I decided to buy them instruments for Christmas this year, and after doing quite a bit research including reading many reviews, I decided on the ROCKSOCKi Electronic Drum set. I wanted something realistic that he could learn & grow with, not a toy.; and along with quality sound production, key factors in my decision were the Bluetooth connectivity so he can play along with music of his / his parents choice, plus the foot pedals (like a real drum set). He loves it, and is starting to learn the basics, and we've discovered he naturally has a good sense of time - so we're all very happy with this purchase! We definitely recommend this product for kids of all ages!.

One of the kid’s favorite Christmas gifts! What I like best is the volume control and the ability to connect to Bluetooth. You can play along with your favorite songs. It has a style button for different drum sounds which is really cool. It works best on a flat hard surface.Worth it for the rising music star in your life!
