This pretty throw is very soft and cozy! I washed it in cool water and it washed and dryer nicely with no running of colors. Very cute, comfy, festive throw!

For the price this is an excellent throw. It’s about the thickness of fleece sleep pants but super soft.I gifted this blanket to my mom last Christmas and she loves it. It’s the perfect size to cover her lap and feet while sitting in her chair. It also keeps her toasty warm.The best part? It’s held up amazingly well. My mom is a compulsive cleaner, she washes this blanket at least once a week. I thought for sure it wouldn’t be able to take the abuse and was fully prepared to buy another midway through the year. Happily it’s still going strong for this Christmas! No pilling, no fading, no wear spots, and it’s still soft. I’m back here to buy her another one with a different design for this Christmas.As to the negative reviews I can only guess they were expecting Eddie Bauer blankets at Wal-Mart prices. Yes it’s thin, but that doesn’t take away from the warmth and softness it provides. So for those people with realistic expectations and who don’t like being weighted down this throw is perfect for you.
