This product is far better than the junk lowes or Home Depot sells, Lowes sells Eaton junk, numerous complaints on there outlets defective, I bought one from lowes and it didn't work. This outlet from Amazon is built with quality, it is modern, so don't start turning screws, you simply press the wire into slot and tighten. Fit was perfect and install was easy, I did have to press reset once.

just what I was looking for to extend and add an outlet outside of my garage for holiday lights. Seems just like what you would buy at the box stores, but for some savings. Curious to see longevity of it, but worked great for what I needed and held up throughout the holidays with no issues.

ELEGRP Outdoor GFCI Outlet 15 Amp is a Self-Test GFCI receptacle that regularly tests its ground fault circuit interrupter to ensure proper functionality, which is indicated by the green LED light. Straightforward installation, this GFCI Receptacle is Tamper Resistant and Weather Resistant, thus suitable for outdoor application. While it does include a wall cover plate, it isn’t screwless so I still have to get a wall cover plate myself so it matches other outlets in my home.
