Just as described. Looks great. Well made. If you want to secure it, just buy the right hitch lock. For my Tacoma, this one that's 3 1/2 inches. Anything shorter won't be long enough to lock. Had to return 2 other "suggested" ones before this one fit right--

Thick gauge metal, foam isolator pad so it doesn’t rattle. The only small gripe is the pin is fairly short and was a little difficult to install the keeper pin around my safety chain connections.

I bought this to replace a different UGA hitch cover that was showing signs of wear. This one seems to be very good quality and it looks good on my white SUV. Happy with my purchase.
