My cat loves these!! We had elevated small stainless dishes before, but she'd have to get her face down into the bowl to eat all of her food. Often she would leave a layer. I worried she might have sensitive whiskers and decided to try these. She licks the whole bowl clean every day now! I chose this brand because they had the widest shallow bowl compared to other brands. I use each side for her food (wet/dry), because we have a stainless fountain for her water!

So much easier for my cats to eat the wet food. Only issue having is the they leave some wet food that is pushed to the inner sides of the bowl. Constantly have to get a spoon & push food toward center of bowls.

I bought these bowls for my two cats and here are my observations; The bowl size is great, at 6.3" it is wider than my previous bowls. The bowl height is 1.5" so I wouldn't say the one bowl is for water; these are two feeding bowls, I use another deeper bowl for water. If the bowls were a height of 1" then they would be the perfect balance of not allowing food to be pushed off and low enough to prevent whisker fatigue. The stands are wonderful and I am especially fond of the little rubber feet covers that prevent the bowls from sliding roundOverall this is a great set and worth the price tag!

Elevated cat dishes Are better for their digestion. Stainless steel is easy to use and easy to clean. 2 dish set comes with non slip feet covers and non slip grip pads for the dish riser. My cat eats better and less issues.

I got these for our 2 cats that have to be fed separately. I have noticed these bowls either allow them to eat more slowly, or just easily in general. They no longer seem to have to dart their head down for the food, instead being able to extend their necks forward and down only slightly. The 2 pack of bowls and stands also came with rubberized “feet†for the stands, to keep them from sliding on hard floors, which they do. The bowls are easy to clean, and they don’t “rattle†in the stand while the cats are eating. If they had bowls that were deeper, I would use those for water bowls. Would order again.

Arrived packaged nicely and came with two sets. The little plastic protector pieces come separately in a little baggie so you can decide if you want to use them, and therefore they're also removable for cleaning. The height is perfect for a kitty, and I am pleased with the size of the bowl. It's pretty big so you can place a lot of food at once (ideal for grazer kitties), but it doesn't look like it's just a dog product relabeled for cats... it is cat sized. I was also worried about the shape - like many of our fluffy children, mine thinks the world is ending as soon as he can see the bottom of the bowl. It's deep enough not to worry about this. Finally, for aesthetics and practicality, I like this because it looks nice and clean cut, and is easier to find a good looking small tray to fit under it and catch stray kibble. As a side note, because it's stainless steel, it is better than plastic or ceramic bowls at keeping your cat healthy - stainless steel is scientifically proven to develop bacteria slower, and this applies to both water bowls and food bowls.

Comes with little rubber ends so your metal holders will not slide on the floor, the bowls are low and has more flatness to them. I know this says it's for cats but with the size of the bowls, you can probably use these to feed your dogs. It's large enough, not very deep. I read that cats have a harder time when they have to bend their necks and eat low to the ground so having something that keeps her neck at a higher angle benefits her much better. These are not super high up so your cat will still have to lower themselves to eat, if you're looking for something that allows them to stand, these are not it but they are nice looking and large enough.

We recently had a cat adopt us and noticed she prefers eating and drinking from our dog’s elevated bowls, so these are perfect for her.The bowls are shallow but wide, so she doesn’t bump her whiskers on the rims. The 3 ½†height is perfect for her size, and she looks comfortable eating and drinking from them. The stainless-steel bowls are easy to lift out and wash, the silicone foot covers keep them from scooting across the floor, and the small silicone wraps for the stand keep the bowls from moving when she’s eating. They hold up to 2 measured cups of dry food and comfortably hold 10 oz of water. These small, elevated bowls would work great for small dog breeds as well as cats. I can definitely say our new addition to the family is very comfortable eating and drinking from them. She highly recommends these bowls!
