These bowls were cute and made feeding time for my cats much easier. I honestly loved them. Unfortunately, all good things do not last. I have had these bowls for three weeks and it has already snapped in half at the weak point, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality, especially with how much these bowls cost. I will take some time and heavily consider if it’s worth repurchasing these bowls.UPDATE: I should have been more specific with my original posting and explain the whole situation from start to finish. Before purchasing this bowl, I was originally gifted two bowls by a family member and fell in love at first sight. The original two that were gifted are still in perfect condition and I still use them to this day. I recently adopted a stray cat and wanted him to have matching bowls with the other cats. I purchased one more bowl and had it for roughly a month before it snapped in half. After less than 24 hours of my initial review, the MS Customer Service team reached out to me explaining that a small batch of these bowls had factory issues with the glue causing them to snap more easily, and assured me that they have implemented stricter quality control measures with a new factory to ensure higher product quality. I deeply respect how Elaine, the MS Customer Service Manager took the time to respond to my review explaining the situation from their end, and without any hesitation immediately offer me a full refund as well as a free replacement. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and am glad I purchased from them. I will continue to buy other products from this company and will always be assured that their team is here to support the customers.I have added pictures of the original two bowls that I had for 3 months without any issues.

So cute and modern as well as easy for my elder kitty to eat his wet food out of.I hand wash but it's easy to wipe with a wet paper towel or rag, moreso than some other bowls I have for him. I don't use metal in it to mix in his medication because it seems like it might get gray scratches which would be noteiceable. I can tell that my cat likes that it is tall because he eats more of the food.I'm sure this bowl would also be great for dry food but we have a "puzzle" one for dry, since my cat eats it way too fast.

This is the first time getting an elevated bowl for my cat and it’s definitely made it much easier for him to eat! He no longer has to crane his neck down to eat. I also love how cute and aesthetically pleasing it is. The bowl size is perfect for the amount of food he eats. My only complaint is that the bowl is kind of heavy and bulky for a cat food bowl, but the heaviness indicates it’s a high quality ceramic item and the bulkiness comes with having a food bowl big enough for my cat’s needs. Also want to put a disclaimer that my cat is a large cat. Would recommend to others looking for a cute cat food bowl.

*UPDATED*The seller personally contacted me and sent a new bowl. The customer service from this company is amazing. They explained that a manufacturer that they used had some issues and they stopped production right away. My cats really like these bowls and they do not strain their necks or spines.These were so cute and great for my cat but one day when I lifted it up the two pieces disconnected and broke. I don't know if water did it from cleaning but I am super disappointed. I tried to hot glue gun it and that broke again the next day.

This does exactly what I wanted. It is higher than most raised dishes, looks nice and is wide so the cats can eat out of it easily without making a mess. It is heavy and a little awkward to carry - I do worry that I might drop it when washing it out but so far so good.

Tengo exactamente un mes con y ya se despegó el plato de la base por suerte alcance a agarrarlo , cabe aclarar que ah tenido muy poca manipulación y se trata con cuidado y aún asà se despegó la base ,pareciera estar pegado con algún tipo de silicón , pero para lo que cuesta definitivamente estoy decepcionado, busquen otras opciones ya que de está se van a arrepentir
