I have been using this smart lock for the gym for many days now and it has performed very well. I like the overall factor of having a digital number code for unlocking the lock, but also having a wireless key card as well as a manual key in case the battery runs out. Setting up the lock was easy and I was able to use it right away. The battery life can last many days on a full charge, which is great for traveling. The light on the keypad makes it easy to use at night while being able to see the numbers on the pad. Definitely worth the money for an upgrade to a regular lock and be able to use at the gym, school and outdoors.

As I write this, the lock is not currently available and that's a shame because it's a great lock! This replaces a 2-year old Igloohome lock that is not working so well lately. This lock has better weather proofing and uses touch pad for input instead of buttons like the Igloohome so it should last longer. I love having the key backup! RFID cards are a nice option for my absentminded users. Additionally, you can rest assured that if you do have issues, just contact the seller. My lock was missing its key but the seller had a new lock out to me in two days! No hassle!

It's been a little over four months since I bought the padlock and it no longer works because it's dead and it doesn't hold the charge and the link for customer support doesn't work.

My locker at work has a lot of the stuff I need on a day-to-day basis for work. So far in the 2 years that I've worked here I've had to cut the lock three times to get my stuff, because I forgot the key. This allows me to use a code, a key, or a card. It seems pretty solid and I love it so far. It also has temporary codes and app control. You can't beat it for the price compared to some of the other ones. I will do this review with battery life as soon as I know how long it lasts.

I specifically bought this lock to use as a smart padlock for a rear gate. Worked fine when it did, but the magnet that kept the lock in place lost strength entirely. Straight up doesn't function anymore.Edit: Seller believes in their product and promptly offered a refund and replacement. Might just be my misfortune, but idk if I'll be trying this lock again.
