I love this coffee machine it work nice and fast and easy to clean also come right on time for my aunt funeral. I purchased 2 and they work perfectly one had hot coffee and the other one hot chocolate.

It works just like you’d expect a hot water urn to work. It heats up the water quick enough and it stays piping hot all day. You get what you pay for.

I purchased this item May of 2020. It died Jan of 2025. I feel 4 years 8 months is a pretty decent life span for a coffee maker that was used daily. It took about 30 minutes for the coffee pot to percolate a full pot. The coffee tasted great. There was never a metal, plastic, or chemical taste to the coffee.

One of the deciding factors in my purchasing this brand was the coffee level window that is in the description. There isn’t one. Very disappointing.It’s attractive and fits on my counter nicely. It boils water quickly, and keeps it quite hot. I had to place the urn on a trivet to elevate it about 1/2†so my average size coffee mugs would fit under the spigot without tilting. I don’t know anyone who uses a short, small coffee cup at home. What’s the point?The other issue is that the description states it has a reusable plastic basket filter (it does), but the filter type in specs and details states the material is paper. So at least two features were misrepresented in the description. This is a percolator, be advised regular auto drip fine ground coffee, or espresso will not be contained in the plastic filter basket. My solution is to use a large cotton muslin cold brew/tea bag inside the plastic basket. I mean large enough to hold 1-2 cups of grounds or more.Lastly, it was covered with fingerprints and a few scratches right out of the box, so… also very disappointing. The outer packaging was not damaged. Hoping I have no issues, as some reviews state horrible customer service. I will update this review if anything goes wrong.

We had many of those over the years. We use it for Saturday for warm water. We always buy bigger but this one is the perfect size for us, very quiet, in fact the quietest of them all and the water is nicely kept warm.I had to wait for almost a month to be delivered.

It is a nice size for our coffee club. One problem is the small hole in the lid that allows steam to escape.It also spits out some coffee which goes everywhere making a mess on the counter. We put a piece of paper towel over it & it has helped to eliminate the problem!

C est le troisieme que j achete. Les deux premiers, apres 1 ans, l urne s est arretee completement de fonctionner. Le 3e s est egalement arrete de fonctionner apres 1an egalement par contre j ai pris l assurance pour couvrir ce produit. Apres avoir fait une reclamation a mon assurance, celle-ci me demander de contacter Gourmet Elite pour savoir si elle me proposait un remboursement ou un echange. Ayant contacte Gourmet Elite, je recois un email me disant qu elle ne pouvait rien faire pour moi et que je devais contacter Amazon, ce que j avais fait, mais Amazon m a demande de contacter egalement Gourmet Elite. Je trouve etrange que ces urnes apres un an s arretent brusquement de fonctionner. Le service de Elite gourmet vis a vis de ses clients est froid et d apres le email recu, ils ne m ont meme pas offert de remplacer ou de verifier pourquoi cette urne ne fonctionnait plus. J ai donne 3 chances a cette compagnie et c est la derniere fois que je ferai affaire avec elle.
