I use a jump rope at lest 3-4X a week during my workout and this is one of the best jump ropes I’ve had. And I’ve had quite a few. It’s easily adjustable and the perfect weight. It’s sturdy and a great price. I told all my workout buddies about it. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

I don’t leave reviews too often, but I can’t believe I’ve been suffering with the ropes I’ve been using before finding this one. This is THE jump rope.Was using a cable speed rope before this, while it worked, it was so hard to find that sweet spot of the flow. Hard to get that sense of timing, especially for tricks.This rope however has just the right amount of weight where you just fall right into the groove, tricks are easier and more satisfying.I use to box and spar a bit, jump rope is such a valuable exercise, but you need a good rope! Because without it jump rope isn’t as fun as it should be!This rope makes it fun again.If you’ve tried skipping rope and have only used speed ropes or weighted ropes, and didn’t find yourself liking it, I encourage you to try again! Get the right rope, it’s worth it!Extra tip* make sure you adjust the size well, a lot of people will recommend the rope too long, you want just the right amount of slack. Experiment with sizing, don’t just take peoples word for it, find what works for you.

I broke my Nike rope and was looking for something more solid than a wire-based speed rope. This fits the need perfectly.Top 3 Likes;1) Handle design - the rope fits through the handle do a rotation is centered on the end of the handle unlike where it’s an inserted at 90 degrees.2) Weight of the rope - it feels like the weight of a leather. Heavier than a metal cable with plastic covering like the speed ropes.3) Forgiving material - it’s like a dense rubber material. What I notice is if I make a small mistake and the rope clips my toe, it still swings through, it doesn’t bind or stop. Not on big mistakes, but the little ones.-Also, it doesn’t hurt when you wack your leg with the rope when compared to a cable-based speed rope.

I can not recommend a better jump rope to you. I’ve been jumping for a while and it was finally time for a new rope. I looked around for a while and found this one. You can easily trim it to size and it has plenty of length for your tall jumpers. Overall build quality is outstanding with a lightweight design that will keep you jumping day in and day out.

Fantastic jump rope I get a good workout with it. It also works your arms because its weighted. When you go to size it be careful not to go too short. You can always cut more off if its too long.

Great for stunts, doubles and even speed. The white is perfect so you don’t miss it and the ends don’t wear out like other ropes. Great concept

I started on my jump rope journey about 6 months ago and while I’m far from being ready to have my own you tube channel, I have made some really solid progress. This is literally my favorite exercise to do. In any event I started out with a speed rope and while it was “okay†it wasn’t ideal for a beginner.I struggled through it anyway and then after getting reasonably “okay†I purchased a 1 lb rope which was intense, but not ideal for everyday use l and for working on different footwork. After much research I purchased this rope. It is literally the perfect rope. The diameter gives it just enough weight so that you can “feel†it but not so much that it becomes a chore like the 1 lbr. It’s the perfect balance between weight and feel. My heavier rope coils up on me which is annoying, this rope does not! Highly recommend!!

Es muy buena y no se enreda demasiado lo único que puede llegar a ser un inconveniente es que el color de la cuerda hace que se ensucie fácilmente

I had no experience jumping rope prior to buying this, so I did a bunch of research. Everything that I had come across seemed to indicate that the weight of this rope would be about perfect. However, the rope is far too light for me and, although I am in somewhat decent physical shape, I am not a very big guy. I am about 5'5" or 165cm without shoes on. Instead of cutting the rope to length, I tied 5 knots on each side in order to retain as much weight as possible, but it is still too light. I jumped for almost 2 hours straight the day this rope arrived and, although my calves and the bottom of my quads and hamstrings were tired and sore, my upper body was not fatigued at all. The one redeeming feature of this rope being too light for me is that it will force me to condition my legs until I get a heavier rope, so at least the money was not completely wasted. If you are interested in getting a nice burn in your forearms, shoulders, and back, especially if you are a physically bigger person, I would suggest going with a rope that is twice this weight at the very least. Aside from that, the quality of the rope seems pretty good. The rope cost me almost twice as much as its advertised price due to shipping because I live in Canada. However, I cannot knock the brand or the product for any of these things.

Yo ya he probado de esta marca presisamente, elite Srs y en esta cuerda no la he usado ni una semana entera y ya se partió la cuerda, la compare con otra de 6 mm que tengo y no es el mismo grosor PÉSIMA CALIDAD a demás se endereza horrible
