It's super easy to use and very easy to read. I love how detailed the readings are. It's a perfect size for sticking in your purse to take on the go. I particularly like that I don't need wifi or my phone to use it. I highly recommend this device, it's great for monitoring and reassurance about your heart health.

This unit only costs about $78 and it will show cardiac arrhythmias. There is no subscription needed, I believe it works with most phones where kardia does not. It's very easy to send the results to your cardiologist. You can see the results on the screen however that's very small or it links easily to your phone. All the cardiac units suffer from motion so being still is a necessity. Dampening your fingers will get rid of a lot of the artifacts. It clearly showed my wife's arrhythmias. The message is somewhat ambiguous in that it just says possible arrhythmias. And you will have to learn to read an ECG. This is not difficult you can go on Google and find out what different rhythm is look like. For example my wife has AFib and missing the p wave and the heart rate are good indicators. It took me about 5 minutes to know what to look for. You can use it for multiple users which is a real Plus. It is small and easy to carry around and it can be a lifesaver. My wife is also missing a few heartbeats now and then and that's clearly showing too. I just sent her ECG to her cardiologist. A great buy at 78 bucks.

Love this compact heart rate and EKG monitor. Set up and connection to the app is very easy. Device is so simple to use but provides powerful results. Heart disease runs in my family and just having this device with me brings me peace of mind. Being able to download my EKG report and email it to my doctor is a cool feature. And did I mention their customer service is beyond excellent? I highly recommend purchasing this device. You won’t regret it.

Directions lacking. If you take your time to figure out yourself exactly how it works, it’s really great.1) After device is charged, hold the button down for approximately five seconds to turn it on.2) once on the dvice will show flatline, with no pulse, and hold countdown at 30 seconds until you hold it correctly that it can start to pick up your heart signal. After it picks up a solid signal for a out solid 5 seconds, the 30 second countdown will start to move and the test begins.3) Continue to hold the device correctly until the countdown reaches zero and you’re done.You will then have a nice easy to read report. Also, the complementary mobile app will connect to device very easily and automatically with Bluetooth, and it will download the report to your phone by pressing the connect button in the app. Extremely intuitive and easy.There are different ways you can hold the device to pick up your heart rhythm. Again, the directions are lacking in showing you the ways you can hold it. On the Amazon listing, there is a picture that shows you four ways you can hold it. I suggest printing that picture and keeping it.To make the device perfect here’s what I suggest:1) it would be nice if the built-in screen was a little larger and easier to read. Not sure if you can accomplish that; because I know it must be a small device overall to easily hold it in your hands and fingers to get your heart signal.2) Provide some directions about how to turn on the device (detailed above), how the device must pick up a solid signal for X seconds before the 30 second test and countdown automatically begins, and at the end of the 30 second test, stop holding the device in a manner where your heart signal is picked up or it will soon start a second test automatically and keep going.Tell people how it how it works so people know how to use it.

I have a cardiac pacemaker and it sometimes goes a little wonky with PMTs (pacemaker-mediated tachycardia) and it helps that I can capture those events and sent them as a file to my physician. It's pretty inexpensive. I use the app on my iPhone and it produces a report with a (very simple) assessment of the rhythm, the date and time, and a graphical view of the recorded data. Very useful and simple to use.

This device is very easy to use and maintains a charge for a long time. I use it three times a day and synch with the app on my phone. I have been able to share the data with my cardiologist.Size and weight make it easy to carry and the use on trips.My wife also uses it as the device and app are designed for multiple users.This is a game changer for at-home heart monitoring.

Having a history of arrhythmia, I purchased the EMAY last week. I compared it to another popular brand and line by line this one seemed ideal and does NOT require a subscription. It’s compact, VERY easy to use and synced to my iPhone with ease in just a minute. Even my cardiologist was impressed with the clarity of the readings compared to other brands, which speaks volumes. The customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend this product- it could be a life saver!

This is wonderful. Easy to use. Saved my son's life. Able to document irregular heart rate for physician. Without this, Dr would not believe it. This led to a change in medication, a holter monitor and prevent heart attack. Priceless. Every one should have it. Had a celebration at restaurant and many people tried it and were interested. They were going to buy it for themselves. Easy to use.

I needed a reliable Arrhythmia Device that was Accurate-The Emay EMG-20 has several good reviews and rated as the best of its type compared to other similar devices on several different websites-so I chose this device-it is very easy to use-has several types of heart measurements which is amazing-records on the device itself and I upload my recordings to my iMac and iPad easily-the instruction manual is very detailed and easy to understand-I also like being able to use the device different ways-the sensors in my experience have worked very well-I have had no difficulty picking up Heart signals at all-also this device has support if you need it.

I've recently had Bigeminy happening to my heart and rather than try to feel when its happening, this wonderful little device shows me and confirms them. It also records the findings and creates a graph so I can show my heart specialist, which is excellent! Very grateful to the inventors of this little device..(which fits nicely into my hard reading glass case, so that's a bonus). The fact i can use it anywhere, at anytime is extremely convenient and it's very easy to use. Easy step by step User Manual too! 👌
