Saved myself a TON of money with this! I have a Coleman Evcon A/C unit which had started blowing air even if it was turned off. No matter what the thermostat was set to, heat or air, the fan blew constantly which was drastically heating up the house. I came home to it being over 90 degrees inside one day! The only way to stop it was to turn the power off in the breaker panel.I did some online research which led to a video describing exactly the same problem I was having. They recommended replacing this sensor. I took a chance and went out and removed the panel on my A/C unit to see what the sensor looked like and matched it to a Google search where I found one here on Amazon. I ordered it and had it the next day. It took 10 minutes to remove the old one and install this one and PRESTO! My air was fixed! Saved myself a service call, diagnostic, parts, and labor!

These goofy things go out and your cold. Picked tjis one up for a winter spare. Have it sitting inside the furnace, where it may not cause any malfunctions. Sure enough, last month pop and it was cold. 5 minute job and we were in the heat once again. Will purchase a double and a single as spares to replace tgese spares.

I used this on my central air conditioner! I found the old sequencer had a broken case and the air conditioner would not operate! I changed this sequencer and the AC works like a champ !

Quality sequencers, but they usually don't last more than a year because the amp capacity of the contacts is not high enough to carry the load of the heat element and as such they are always running overloaded. I know that some newer electric furnaces are now running contactors instead of sequencers and that is probably what I will install in future.
