  • Widely Used: It can be clipped on AC power lines, USB cable, mouse cable, keyboard cable, headset cable, video cable, audio cable, data cable, etc.It doesn't cause distortion of the transmitted signal and won't affect your audio video and picture quality.
  • Improve Signal Integrity: Made of high quality plastic housing and Ni-Zn ferrite core, with inner self-adaption clips can mount on cables tightly. These ferrite cores play a very good role in reducing high frequency interference caused by home appliances and electronics.
  • Double Snap Clips Design: Easy to install with double snap clips, the ferrite cores come in two split halves, just snap them on the cables, you will get clearer signal and faster data transmission.
  • Avoiding Electro-Magnetic Interference: Enclosed ferrite core suitable for the inner diameter of 5mm-7mm (0.2 inch-0.27 inch) wires. It can be directly applied to a power line.In order to suppress electromagnetic radiation more effectively, please install them in place near the interference source. If a cable has equipment that needs to be protected on both sides, install one at each end.
  • Applications: HDMI cable, VGA cable, DVI cable, power cable, speaker cable, industrial cable, etc.

These are great if you use a wired headset or earbuds. Just install one of these above the jack where it plugs into your phone and another one just below where the earbuds split for each ear. They're not heavy so you get used to them. They didn't come with any instructions so I'll try to explain here. You might be able to find a YouTube video which should make it more clear. It's important to install these correctly or you'll lose effectiveness.Open it up and lay the wire inside and then wrap it once around, so there's actually two wires running inside, then clamp it shut. This will keep it from sliding up and down your earbuds wire as well as make a better connection while providing a safer block to the EMF's running from your phone to your head. This is a great product at a good value. Highly recommended.

My new dash camera was causing my car's FM stations to have static or be totally unobtainable. I tried connecting the power and grounds of the camera's power adapter to different locations with no success. So through much research I found Ferrite Cores can help reduce unwanted Line Noise. It took a total of 6 cores, 4 each on the 12Vdc/Ground side and 2 each after the adapter to camera wire. My theory is the 12Vdc power adapter lacks the quality of signal isolation/filtering thus creates EMF noise that the car's radio picks up.

On the outside, the chokes look OK. Clamp them on and go.I noticed when I purchased the filters that there was no qualitative information on the performance of the filters, or what frequency range the material was chosen for. I made the usual assumption that they would work for normal LVDC and AC mains EMI problemsNow I know why.The ferrites are very marginal in performance. Being "soft" ferrite, the composition of the material is critical to performance, along with calcination, sintering, and remilling. It's an expensive process. Not something you find in Chinese mass-production facilitites. The chokes are very inexpensive, and are a fraction of the cost of good magnetic ferrite material. Now you know why, and I am reminded that every time I think I can get away with cheap, the outcome is always the same.Don't get me wrong, they work to a very limited degree, so I cannot claim that they are "bad."And yes, I can disclose this information due to the fact that I tested them with a spectrum analyzer, before and after.

Just threw 11 of these trying to kill the Radio interference caused by led day running lights. They didn't even slightly help the problem.

I used these to reduce some interference noise in some computer speakers. I installed several at different points along the cables for the speakers and it worked great!

Bought these hoping that they would solve the RFI and EMI I’m getting from the LED lights in my garage so I could actually listen to the radio again. These offered no noticeable improvement to radio reception after installation , even after putting two on each cord.

Good product, and cheap. They were a little smaller in diameter than I had expected, but the photographs are in correct proportion. There are two tiny latches to hold these closed. Said latches are easily opened if you wish to remove the filters, but best to examine them up close when installing so you'll know how to open the latches. Install them onto the cable by pinching the open edges just above the latches. These were properly tight on RG-6 cables (about 7mm). I also used them on household current and 12 volt devices in the TV and antenna system. I'm certain these filters will work exactly as promised, despite a different problem troubling my signal. Now fixed!

The package was fast getting to us - had no issues with seller but the product did not work for us . We tried to reduce the electrical interference with our radio . It remained staticky and was not effective

Installed a new furnace and my TV started acting up. Put these beads on power wires wherever I could. Fixed the problem.Make sure you order the right size. The ones I ordered were too small so I had to use electrical tape to attach them in some places. Still did the job.
