It does what it meant to. It works well when paired with a harness that has multiple straps. Really slow delivery paid to have it arrive earlier but arrived a week after the delivery date.

I bought this to go with an NXE 4+1 pod and tank harness. That thing only works if your in runner shape. If you are 6'2 300lbs like be you're gonna need an extender.
