The top cap is missing. Can't seem to find one from any other source. If the product was complete I would have given it a good score.

It works great nice and heavy for multiple floors,recommend it to anybody having wind problem ,problem solved,a must have,add it to your collection of tools for sure

More than anything, these are heavy. Well made of good materials. Will not be as easily affected by windy outdoor environments or long vertical distances. Very nice.
