This really got the job done. Just wanted a quick and easy way to recognize our EOM. Only downside is that you aren’t able to remove the backing to insert a photo. Instead you have to fit it through the front. The sides of the photograph can get damaged this way but it’s really no biggie, I don’t mind it and it looks great at the end of the day.

Nice little plaque but it’s really hard to switch out the photo. I feel like there are better options for the photo part you really have to have tiny fingers lol but it does the job! Maybe it’s meant to not be switched out every month idk
