Your cart is empty.With the Bloomers Rail Planter, you can enjoy harvesting herbs, vegetables, and flowers even if you live somewhere with limited space. The Bloomers Railing Planter is designed for dimensional lumber, metal, and plastic railings that are 1.25” (traditional metal railings) to 3.5” wide (nominal 2x4 railings). The bottom width measures 6" across and rests on railings 5.5” wide and larger with no overhang. Stabilizers are provided which can be attached to the bottom to brace against posts and uprights. To secure the Rail Planter, insert the stabilizers at the desired spacing and gently pound in with a rubber mallet. Made from durable polyethylene resin, this planter can withstand harsh weather conditions and won’t crack from exposure or light impacts. It’s BPA-free and perfectly safe for contact with edibles. Additionally, the drainage holes at the bottom help reduce overwatering and associated root rot.

These are just what I needed for my metal railings…they were easy to set on the railing…Sides were softer than I expected do now out a touch… but they look & work great!

This brightens up my deck so much and holds quite a bit of flowers. Very sturdy too, although it doesn’t fit my rail like I had hoped, but stays in place due to weight.

This is a good product for the price. It mounts nicely on the face of a 2 x 4 but does not fit very well on the edge (1-1/2") side of a pressure treated 2 x 4. The tapered extrusion slot does not allow for a tight fit. However if it is placed on a 2 x 4 top rail face, it sits nicely.

Love the color in navy. It is deep and I bought several colors are the same and stays on my rails.

Planter itself is nice but you will have to drill them in. They will not stay with flimsy supports. Return is expensive with having to pay shipping costs .

These planters are beautiful, and just the right size. However, they come with one stabilizer to keep it on the railing. They do not work. Today is the second time I have lost a full planter of expensive flowers because nothing seems to hold them in place. I would have to run and get them in every time the wind blew. Unfortunately, I missed a couple of times.

I don't know how well this will hold up, time will tell. I've got other railing planters for plants but this one will hold all our gardening stuff for easy access trowel, sprinklers etc, I've got an old hibachi cover that fits it nicely to keep everything dry
