I like this marker for touching up scratches on metal objects, it works pretty well!

Does exactly what I needed to do. Had to replace some screws, but only had bare metal. Matched perfectly. Also used to touch up around my kitchen sink.

I've applied this product on my new balance (a year old shoes) mid sole 24 hours ago, and the paint was dry. So, I went out and walked on this 30 minutes and returned home, but the paint was cracked as shown on the photos. If the paint didn't crack I would've given 5 stars. Also this product has gloss/sheen. I believe this product is good for surfaces that has no movement or strach. I would not use it on shoes (sneakers/tennis shoes, and etc).

I should have trusted this review----I ordered this paint pen because of the description saying that it was a matte finish. It was purchased to do a little touch up on one of my matte finish bicycles but to my dismay it is a GLOSS finish NOT a MATTE finish. Not what I expected or what was advertised. If you’re looking for a black gloss paint pen this is the one for you. But if your looking for a matte finish paint pan look elsewhere. I copied this from another review as it says the same exact wordage as I would review. NOT A MATTE finish it is a shiny finish so do not order if you want flat matte finish! I spent hours shopping for a matte flat black and then I end up with this so wasted time and money!! Shopping on line sucks. Now I must hunt once again and hope I find the correct item. It is very hard to find a matte finish for some reason & too bad a Sharpie only comes in shiny black also. UDATE 1.16.2022 PURCHASE THIS PEN Testors EPM25-2549, 1, Black AMAZON HAS IT -- JUST COPY & PASTE IN ABOVE SEARCH. I HAVE USED IT AND IT IS A FLAT BACK FOR SURE--FINALLY.
