I have a bad habit of losing cords; especially my camera charger usb cords. It's been a pain, and it has led me to purchase 8 or 9 chargers over the years. Finally, I find this one that doesn't require a cord. I love it! I can have it charging on the power strip by the computer, or in the car on my dc power converter. It's small and easy to slip in a side pocket of my camera bag, or even carry in my pants pocket if needed.The charge doesn't seem to be faster than normal, but I was able to pull enough charge off about 30 minutes for my camera to work for more than an hour at a small event. That was a lifesaver, since my battery was at half power the day before and then suddenly wouldn't even let me use auto focus because there wasn't enough juice to power the mechanisms.Overall, a great choice and a great purchase. Glad I found it!

Not much else to say, if it doesn't charge it's useless. Worked for 1 month.
