This is the first time trying this brand and model of wheels, and I was a bit nervous buying them because I am kind of picky when it comes to wheels. The positive reviews weren’t wrong! I also much prefer the smaller, 57mm wheels for skating, and don’t like my wheels any bigger than that. 57mm outdoor wheels are hard to find, and I am so glad I found these! When they arrived, I was a bit disappointed because the wheels are more of a pink purple, and not a true purple. They didn’t look good at all with my toe stops, toe covers, and laces. So, I bought a bottle of purple Rit Dyemore, and dyed them a much better shade of purple. (see photo.)They look beautiful on my brand-new custom Riedell 220’s. I inserted Bones Redz bearings into the wheels, and these roll as smooth as butter!I plan on buying more as I need them, and highly recommend these wheels to anyone wanting a great quality wheel. Yes, they are pricey, but good wheels always are, and they are sooooo worth it!

We needed better skate wheels because the skates we bought had cheap wheels. These wheels made a world of difference. Quality wheels make for a better skating experience.

I've been skating on hybrid wheels for years now and finally decided that I wanted my skates to be strictly outdoors. My old wheels were blue, so of course I wanted my news ones to be blue as well. The color is perfect!Putting the bearings in were easy and they roll smoothly. I skate mainly on asphalt, and they feel great. They seem very durable and take T stops like a champ. I will definitely buy these again when I need new wheels.

Replaced the stock wheels on my Moxi Beach Bunny skates for a set of these since I liked the clear blue color and wanted new outdoor wheels with a reinforced core. I went in knowing they were 1mm smaller than them, but figured it wouldn't be that drastic of a difference.I don't know if I unlocked some hidden potential somewhere since I'm relearning to skate, or if the wheels are that good, but I was able to turn and maneuver much better just by shifting my weight with the exact same truck adjustments with much more ease than my stock wheels. I'm already in love after one session, now I just need laces to match the new wheels.

I like these. I wanted 57mm so the size is good. The color is great. The stamp wears off very quickly and that is about the only drawback.

Most of my wheels are hard (indoor skating) and the few sets of outdoor wheels I own don’t quite hit the dance spot. I’ve seen many skaters and some of my friends use these. I decided to get a set and now I’m set!Small enough for dance agility and smooth on concrete and asphalt. It may have a 78A durometer rating but it isn’t gummy or sticky. So happy I succumbed to the hype ;)

These wheels 57/31/78a are crazy awesome on concrete rink for maneuvering turns and transitions. A huge help to me as I am just getting back into rollerskating after a long injury layoff. A great confidence builder!!!

I’ve changed from 62mm to these Radar 57mm and the difference in my agility and movement have been greatly improved. The wheels are great for outdoor skating and going over tougher terrain without losing too much stability. The lower profile wheels allow for better turning and manoeuvrability. Great wheels and excellent service from Kates Skates for these being delivered in record time during the current situation!

I love these wheels, I had moxie gummies before which offer a smoother ride on rough ground but you have much better maneuvering with these. I feel more as these are a part of my foot. They are also less cumbersome you feel steadier when making transitions.
