First - there is nothing easy about changing leaf spring bushings.Second - prepare to move the gas tank to extract the forward bolt on driver's side.Third - a hydraulic press is invaluable to extract the bushings.Fourth - a large vise is invaluable to press the new bushings into place.Note to ENERGY SUSPENSIONS, one small tub of grease is woefully inadequate.Worth the effort as handling improved as did ride quality. I recently replaced the leaf spring shackles on my truck. I bought the old style replacement bushings first. After seeing that I couldn't press in those bushing on the truck because of the closeness of the fender, (was going to use a C-clamp) I looked online for an alternative. (After watching youtube videos) I discovered these. They come as a kit with bushings for the front of leaf springs, rear leaf springs, and lower shackle bushings. I only needed the rear leaf spring bushings as I didn't remove the complete leaf spring, and the new shackles come with the lower bushing already installed. They make the job of replacing bushings a piece of cake. You sure pay $$ for the convenience though.

Put these bushings on my truck a month ago. Installation sucks big time on my 06 Silverado. The bolts for the old bushings had to be cut because they were too long to pull out. Why GM installs a 4 1/2" long bolt with only 1" clear on the head side so you can not remove them is beyond me. I replaced the old bolts on my truck with (2) 5/8" and (4) 9/16" grade 8 yellow zinc coated bolts and matching nylock nuts. It took me and a buddy nearly 8 hours to do the job.The old bushings were completely shot though and needed to be replaced. The suspension feel is improved ten fold. The old ones had so much play that the truck would bounce side to side when I would hit Minnesota pot holes (there's plenty of them) and it was making the truck unsafe to drive. This fixed my issue. Very happy with the product, but gave four stars for the P.I.T.A. install.

Used these for the h3 front cross member mount . Haven't installed yet but will. Parts seem good and strong.

Fit exactly as needed and shipping was quick as usual with Amazon. I have a cab and chassis 2004 chevrolet C3500 with the 9 leaf pack. They installed flawlessly

Based off the picture was under the impression I ordered the red bushings......receive black ones a little disappointed mechanic that pressed my old bushings out said I was better off with stocks if i was looking to silence the noise I originally bought this bushings for was spectacle of suggestion of mechanic after installing and having on for about a month and a half squeaking noise came back and worse than before
