Solved almost all my highway wobble. Just got the truck and new it had to be the track bar. I used a 3 jaw puller and an aspalt torch to get the old bushing out. Then a bench vise and copious amounts of lube and patience to assemble it. A bench press would be A LOT easier, if I had the space for one.

Used on a 2002 F350. Not for the typical weekend warrior. Your gonna need a press, a little finess and some patience. You have to squeeze the bushing with the press and squeeze it with channel lock pliers to get it through the track bar eyelet.

The instructions are unclear when you purchase, I'm my case I was going to have to reuse my metal hardware that runs through the bushing. But that part was worn also. I refunded both sides. I had to pay return shipping and plus the 20% restocking fee. The part was for my application but using them was not applicable. I ended up purchasing 2 complete sway bar link assemblies to aliviate all the pressing the old bushings out mess.

The fit on these is really tight, they get to the point where you feel like you might damage them during install but quickly slip into place fine after that. I installed them using a bench vice, a section of flat plate steel and a socket. Lube the bushings well before installing.

I’ve used ES products for years and been very happy. These are garbage though. The one piece design is impossible to press into the eye of the track arm. The bushing collapses before it will slide into the opening. For 25 more you can buy a Moog track arm, so much easier. My OE one lasted 200k, the Moog will outlive me.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE. Seriously, just buy the new track arm, you will save yourself an hour digging out the old bushings and two hours of frustration trying to install the new bushings. Learn from my mistake.But, if you don’t want to heed my warning, you can have mine and try it yourself. Come get them, they are yours for the taking. You just have to find them. They are currently somewhere in the woods behind my house....and you can have the track bar too, if you can find it.
