I do like this and it was easy to install and works great! But for me, when exiting the bathroom it can get tricky to push the right button since there are so many. But as far as the device itself, does exactly as advertised and is a great solution to leaving the fan running for days. Which was an issue in this household.

I got this one as my wall switch box does not have a neutral wire. It works very well so the timed fan and light can be set as desired. Before buying this, I read complains about the large white button only remember the last set (the last timer setting pushed) and resetting it needs holding it for 8 sec (not 3 sec as in the online description). Concerned but still bought it, which turned out no issue.I usually don't use the big button now. Before starting a shower, I push a long timer set than I need (say an hour - just as if there is not timer but just "on") as I don't want the fan shuts off while I am taking shower. After having shower, push a desire time again, it will shut off when timer expires. Very simple. For other occasions, if I need the timer to be 5-10-20-30min, 1 or 2 hr just push the corresponding button. If I change my mind, push another desired button, it will reset to a new timeout period. It could not be simpler....

Installation of the switch was simple and straightforward. The manufacturer provided good wire nuts not cheap ones that will fail. Switch operation was easy to figure out with the well written English instructions. In less than 15 minutes I had a working timer switch installed!

I deduct one star because the box had the top ripped off and was a wreck. It came with no wire nuts, and I did not know if that was because the box was open and they fell out along the way. But I see they do not advertise that the item "comes with wire nuts," so I am not deducting for that. Only deducting one star for the sloppy packaging / box with top ripped off.It was easy to connect and works well.I have to disagree with the negative reviews:1. "Big button is not logical" - WRONG. The big button is not a simple on/off, but rather, it is the last time setting used & stored in memory. Perfect for me. I don't want to search for the small 5-minute button every time. I love that I can just hit the big button and it remember the last time-setting. Most people buy this as a FAN switch, so why would you even want a permanently on big button?...but even you want that, then you just hold the big button for 8 seconds. I love the logic here. Just what I wanted. Plus, READ what you are getting before buying it...as opposed to criticizing it after you bought exactly how they advertised the item works.2. Blue blinking light does not stay lit: So what? Do you stand there and stare at the switch? Is it not good enough that the related blue button blinks multiple times when you first hit the timer button? I hit the button, see the right blue button blink, then I walk away and know the switch will shut off in the time I selected. Pretty simple. So far, working great. Easy to install. Packaging was sloppy and a wreck. Otherwise, perfect so far. What some people are griping about...they make up their own complaints even though the description clearly tells them what they are getting upfront.

Who in their right mind came up with such an unintuitive and strange design?Any ordinary person would expect that pressing the 1-minute button would turn on the LED light next to it and keep it on until the 1-minute mark, and the same for other buttons. Pressing the large button would turn on the LED light under it and keep it on indefinitely until you press it again to turn off both the electricity and the LED.However, this is how this bizarre design actually works: when you press the 1-minute or any other button, the corresponding LED flashes twice and then goes dark. Electricity is turned on, and the countdown begins. So, the next person looking at the switch would have no idea which switch was pressed or how long the electricity will remain on.Even more confusing, when you press the large switch, the last timer switch LED flashes twice and then goes dark. This large button’s LED doesn’t turn on or flash at all. Essentially, the large switch is the same as the last timer switch you pressed. To use the large switch to turn on the electricity indefinitely, as per the user manual, you need to press and hold it for 8 seconds. Then, the LED under the large switch will turn on, and you’ll have electricity turned on indefinitely.

First switch didn’t work. Returned to Amazon . No hassle about return. Replacement arrived quickly, had updated packaging and instructions. Simple to install, works great, easy to operate. Looks great It in a double gang box with another ivory switch and I like how they match

This was easy to install, fits in the same plate as the old rocker switch, and looks great. I frequently (hardly ever) turned on the bathroom fan because I would have to go back later and turn it off. Now if things are a little odorous I just hit the 5 minute button as I leave. If it's all steamy after my shower before bed, I hit the 15 minute button and I don't have to get up later to turn it off. My bathroom is fresher and my wife is happy.

The LED light does not stay on when the switch is on. This makes it impossible to tell if your bathroom fan is running or not. My bathroom fan is silent so this switch is useless for me.
