Product looked good and correct out of the box, but, I found out the hard way, that I had a very small crack in an unnoticeable location, or at least until my truck hit full operating temperature, when it just let go.The price point is great, but the product is subpar.I ended up buying an OEM piece from the dealership

I had a slow leak with my diesel Grand Cherokee and I traced it to this little coolant bypass pipe. This part fit perfectly and the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it had some noticeable plastic seams that I scraped flat with a utility knife because those seams were in the channel for one of the o-rings. That was an easy fix though. I’ve included a picture of this part next to the OEM it replaced (minus an o-ring) for comparison.

I ordered two of these, both had terrible internal molding, looks like a section of rope used to form the ID. Cracked through the body after a few wees of use.

I can’t see any problem other than the o ring was a bit large to fit into the receiving tube, but after I swapped that it fit well, but upon pressure testing before adding any coolant I could immediately hear an air leak at the bolting flange. Will have to try another brand.
