Product Description
SCHUSSPART REPLACEMENT Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Keep your car engine running smoothly.

Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor can accurately measure the temperature of the engine coolantand reflect the operating status of the engine.
SCHUSSPART Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor meet or exceed OEM requirements and provide consistent, reliable protection for every rebuild. Available for both domestic and import applications, our Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor use high-strength, heat-resistant plastic and copper. SCHUSSPART’s goal is to provide maximum value to customers. To do that, our products must meet the challenge of tough OE quality testing. Parts are considered acceptable for shipment only when they have successfully passed stringent quality tests required throughout the manufacturing process.
Keep the drive running smoothly
SCHUSSPART Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor can improve the engine's optimal performance, fuel efficiency and emission control. And it can minimize the problem of poor fuel economy, engine damage or emission test failure. SCHNECKE's advanced technology makes our Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor have high accuracy, fast response, stability and durability.
Why Should It Be Serviced?
When the water temperature sensor fails, the temperature signal displayed when the engine is started from a cold state is still the temperature signal when the engine is hot. The ECU cannot get the signal of providing an overly rich mixture and can only supply the engine with a leaner mixture (the signal when the engine is hot), so the engine is difficult to start when the engine is cold. In this case, you need to check whether the water temperature sensor plug is in normal contact or replace the water temperature sensor.
When do you need to replace it?
If your engine coolant temperature sensor has failed, you may notice one of several symptoms: your temperature gauge doesn’t move, your engine overheats without warning, your radiator fans don’t switch on, or they don’t switch off. If your has any of these symptoms, it's a good idea to let a trained technician perform an inspection.
How to Install Coolant Temp Sensor
Replacing this sensor is an easy project that can be done in your own garage or on a flat driveway.
Step:
1 Open Car Hood.
2 Locate Coolant Temperature Sensor.
3 Remove Lead Wire from Terminal.
4 Loosen Coolant Sensor.
5 Remove and Replace.
6 Torque Sensor in Place.
7 Reconnect Wire.
