These worked in my sawgrass BUT the new update requires you to use OEM ink when using Sawgrass Print Manager. You can get around it by using a different program to print, I use Photoshiop

I am not happy because of the ink I put in my sg500 and it showed black and magneta was out of ink but yellow and blue was full can I send back these 2 colors I had to open the other to see if it was full and it did can I send back and get another one

Could not get a good print using this ink. Apparently, Sawgrass has a chip in machine and knows when you are not using Sawgrass ink. Could not find phone number or website to contact this seller either.

This was the updated chip. Recognition was fine, and print color was fine.
