The product seems to be reasonably engineered. Bolt holes all line up and the corner pieces all line up, too--surprising for a Chinese-made product. The packaging appeared to protect the product from rough handling--I pity the USPS guy who delivered it, as it is pretty heavy! There appears to be a hefty surplus of bolts and nuts. Tools and gloves for handling the metal parts are provided, although the socket wrench and Philips head screwdriver provided are a bit underwhelming. But I'm tightening up all 72 bolts with my portable drill, so not a big issue for me. The gloves would be a nice touch, but I found them awkward to use while installing the nuts and bolts. So I was just careful avoiding the sharp edges. I performed the assembly on a freestanding table and thought a bit about how to efficiently assemble the parts without pieces falling all over, as the instructions are a bit sparse. I may be adding a hardware cloth and landscape cloth bottom since these flower beds will be sitting on a concrete patio. I discovered that the 18x72 inch dimensions are inside measurements, so I'm going to have to reduce the length of one of the boxes to fit the space I will be placing them in--this by redrilling holes on the center long panels. I'll report on these modifications upon completion. All in all, this seems to be a pretty fair price compared to other similar products.

Very easy to put together would recommend having a person with you to help you. I put it together myself took longer than expected. The pieces are a little bit bigger than I anticipated therefore that's why it took me longer but very easy to put together. Very sturdy and I'm looking forward to getting some Mulch and compost before spring to put in to plant my vegetables.

I was glad to find a long, narrow metal planter that was tall enough for plants to thrive. This set was easy enough to assemble (many nuts and bolts but perfectly aligned so it went quickly). I like the sturdiness of this product and appreciate the smooth edges also.

I really like this raised bed.I removed one star because the actual size is different from what’s advertised. I needed it to be longer but I’m keeping it because it’s well made.It was easy and pleasant to assemble. I didn’t like the shine so I ended up spraying paint and it looks nice. I’m using it for my passion flower vines and to disguise the pool system tubing.If you don’t mind the size, I would recommend this product.It’s advertised as 4.5ft in length but it is barely 4ft.

This is so far a great product for a great price. It was a better deal buying two than just the one. I'm glad they went on sale and I was able to give them a try. These are so great in my opinion that I do plan on coming back and purchasing more next year...as long as my gardening turns out this year. This is my second time trying to grow a garden. Last year I used 5 gallon fabric grow pots and my growing didn't turn out that great...everything was miniature and was infested with those aphids bugs. This year I chose to by these raised garden beds and put them in a portable pop up greenhouse ( ). They fit good. So, so far, so good.

After spending hundreds of dollars on large cedar and corrugated metal raised garden beds that ended up being too big, I decided to try these smaller beds. While they're lower than the custom ones we had made, they’re perfect for our needs.They also require less soil and filler, which was a bonus. I currently have them set up in my greenhouse and am growing everything from tomatoes to garlic, brussels sprouts, and spinach. We're so happy with them that we ended up buying two more sets to expand.Simple to assemble and time-saving – highly recommend!
