I've used this set aboard the naval ship galley I work on to make garnishes for the serving line and they work very well. My only complaint is that the cookie cutter set are flimsy and easily bent out of shape however the rest of the tools work just as expected. Id recommend this set to others looking for something entry level.

This lit offers a little of everything to get started carving. Not the highest quality but an inexpensive introduction to the tools. My case came with the felt unpeeled and all the pieces were put of there bands to secure them in place.

This would get 0 stars if I could. This looks used and the craftsmanship is terrible. Check out the pictures that is glue residue and it is everywhere. Also all the pieces are thrown in the box. Definitely not like the picture on Amazon. I am very disappointed and I bought it for my daughter for her birthday so I had to clean it up myself so I had a gift for her. Otherwise I would definitely return it

Pathetic junk. It’s not new. It’s not undamaged. It’s not stainless steel, it is not food grade. False advertising. The case is dreadful quality, the zip is flimsy- I think it will break on its first use. Deceptive advertising. Advice: buy from a proper shop made by a quality manufacturer.
