I bought this breaker bar specifically for removing the Honda crankshaft bolts. I did a timing belt change on a 2015 Acura today and even with the "heavy" socket and crankshaft balancer holding tool, my Ingersol Rand air impact wouldn't remove the bolt. I attached the socket (with a 1/2" adapter) to the breaker bar and on the first try, the crankshaft bolt came loose no problem. This bar is a beast at 40" long, looks great and is machined well.The quality appears to be very good. Anyway, if you have a need for a breaker bar this size, I'd say this one will work well for you.

Waited for this breaker bar with other items I ordered in same shipment. The box that contained all the things I had ordered including this breaker bar only had the other 3 items that came from same location and shipment. The breaker bar was not to be found. I contacted Amazon and explained after explaining to them that it was supposed to be in the very same box and was not there in it with the other 3 items in shipment. They immediately set up another Breaker bar to be shipped to me. It did take about 4 days longer than originally planned. However I did finally get the breaker bar no problems the 2nd time and just glad I wasn't needing it immediately so the wait wasn't an issue. When I got it it was just as described and has a very good weight to it and feels very sturdy. Was very impressed with this thing it seems very well made and should last me a very very long time. Thanks Amazon for your great customer service once again. Never seems to be a big deal Amazon always sticks by their products and their customers to make sure they are happy with everything. I even got an email asking if I got the item finally and explained how very sorry they were. Thanks again I will definitely keep using Amazon for the things I need its always my first place I look

This is a great value and is well constructed. Some of the more "value" breaker bars tend to have a loose pin or too much slop or you can feel the weakness of the metal bending. The chrome plating is pristine and the bar is excellent overall.

It's tough enough for the worst jobs I've done with it. Specifically, it was bought to go with a six foot pipe to make a six foot breaker bar for getting crank shaft bolts loose (Honda, that is, and if you know anything about Honda crank shaft bolts you know how much force was put on it). I also broke two 1/2 inch extensions (one cheap, one not) with it trying to get a stuck on CV axle nut loose, so I know the breaker bar is stronger than an extension tip.

So i thought it might be small and low quality as picture dont define the quantity. But on receiving the item i found it very superior quality. Better than most branded ones.
