My 10 yo daughter begged for these skates, mainly because of the rainbow laces and rainbow puff balls. I was irritated right away because they are about $20 more than the ones with the solid color laces and puffs. Against my better judgement, I ordered the, for her birthday. Immediately upon taking them out of the box, one of the puff balls flew off of the string it was attached to. I had to sew it back on because she refused to let me return the skates. other than that, they are really nice looking skates.
