Careless delivery - damaged packaging and broken parts.Most important - poor design, very hard to use - forks, knives and spoons do not fit in designated holders. Not enough room for dinner plates on the bottom shelf - the sprinkler hits the plates and stops. The racks are awful - hard to use and designed in a weird way. User's manual does not cover all features, specifically during installation. One has to figure out a lot.

Really like my new dishwasher. It's very quiet when running, and gets my dishes very clean. It has several choices for cycles too. So much better than our Frigidaire dishwasher we had that was a huge disappointment.

I've been remodeling my home and pre ordered appliances within the budget. When I am redy to install and put in place the dishwasher... guess what... the plug came disconnected from the inside!! What a piece of crap. I'm sorry.

The unit fits ADA-height counters beautifully and looks good, appears robust and does what it’s supposed to. However, the rear lateral brace towards the rear is plastic and that was broken upon arrival. So far it hasn’t impacted its functionality and I hope that continues to be the case.

Got my dishwasher delivered, and it came with 5 large dents in it, and looks cheaply made. I will spend a little more extra and get a name brand dishwasher

I would advise not to buy this machine/ very difficult to load. If one thing is out of alignment you get a ton of red flashing lights in which case you have to reload the machine.

I love it but it's a little bit small inside my plates need to be positioned in a specific way for it to work. Other than that it's perfect
