Nice and quiet washing mashing. Drying is better on LOW, still very hot......small load because otherwise the cloth is wrinkled.

Purchased washer/dryer super combo in May of 2024. Sometime in September, it quit working. I mean, there was no indication of power anywhere. It was like I unplugged it. I don't know if this unit has a fuse or not. Nowhere in the order does it show a point of contact number, either. I have given up. I wasted a thousand bucks or so on this item, and NOW I'll have to pay a disposal fee to get rid of it.I don't know if these units are irregulars, factory seconds, or what. I mean Home Depot and Lowe's sells them, so they must have some kind of quality control on them.

It works but if you use the dryer feature, it takes all day to wash one load.

We bought this because our laundry room is not big enough for a normal washer and dryer. It arrived upside down in a box inside another box. It worked great for one use. After that the clothes came out feeling grainy and grimy. The clothes came out smelling way worse then when we washed them. We called customer service numerous times to get it fixed but got no where. It's a waste of money.

This arrived in the undamaged box after installation the dryer began to blink Malfunction and continued the dryer never worked. Attempted to get a refund and the pick up people never came.Iwas told this high end item couldn’t be refunded until it was picked up ,the pick up company said no on ever reserved a pick up. This was absolutely awful.I was treated so rudely and still no $1300. Refund

I’ve had this unit, the Equator 4700 all in one washer / dryer combo for over a month. I unboxed, hooked it up properly, and from the first run - it’s had problems. Right out of the box it was defective. Error codes pertaining to a dryer malfunction. It would wash, never completely drain, and end the cycle without going into dryer mode.Calling for warranty service, you are sent to a message center called “Appliance Desk.†After being tossed around to several people, I was finally told they would mail parts to me. The parts arrived, confirmed with Appliance Desk. Then they scheduled a technician to visit. The technician visited and installed the parts, he left, I ran the unit… again, error codes and this time, pump malfunction E2.Again, calling and emailing Appliance Desk, and again the run around. This time - after I started pressing for a discount and/or refund due to problems and all of the hassle I’m told, take the unit back for refund.Then, Appliance Desk calls me and says they are sending a pump and motherboard. Ok? Then a follow up email stating if the technician determines it was installed improperly, I would be charged for all parts and labor??? That ended it.I unplugged this junk unit and returned it for a full refund. My time, my labor, my headaches and clean up… just to get rid of it.So, I’ve never even had a working unit. Straight out of the box it was defective. And the hassle of taking the unit out, loading it up for return, etc… this was a huge waste of time and money. Plus three times - upon finally getting the door open and having about a gallon or two of water spilling out (in a 5th wheel no less), this has been frustrating to say the least.Equator and/or Appliance Desk should be ashamed, and warranty or not, defective from the start is simply unacceptable. Buyer - be very very aware. I’d say you get what you pay for but at $1300, this was a joke.*not once did Equator Appliances reach out to me to 1.) offer an immediate replacement, nor 2.) compensate me for the problems.
