After placing my order they called to confirm my selection .. Also along the way step by step stayed in contact !! I give 5 plus 5 more stars for the whole process .. even purchased extended warranty which picks up after the manufacture warranty has retired .. And yes very very pleased !!

It's a cute little combo it's perfect for the closet space I bought it for but the dryer can be Loud and I called customer service they jumped right in to action the repair guy came and found no problem it was working very well he look over everything it was working fine RIGHT, NO as soon as he I try using it it was LOUD 🤣🤣🤣 like ghost in machine. Called him back now they ordered some parts and I'm happy great customer service and support ðŸ™

This is the one of worst washer/dryer combos on the market ! Its made very Cheap! Like toy parts! My washer was leaking on the first couple of washes through the soup dispenser and then the heating element on the dryer went all on the first week. I'll make a long story short ! They sent me a second dryer which had a very loud squealing noise ! You know the rest of this story ! They sent me yet another dryer which had the same issue ! 3rd dryer same issue. What are the odds ? Got my money back after a lot of stress ! These combo's from Equator are made very poorly ! Buy at your own risk ! Thats all !

We have been using it for about a month now and i have no complaints. Perfect for my tiny appt! Fits perfectly in the corner, clothes come out clean and fresh!
