I've had the Equator 2020 24" Combo Washer Dryer for 10 months. First off, the manufacture contacted me before shipping to confirm the delivery address, and provide critical unpacking and setup instructions. Shortly after delivery, they contacted me again to see how all was going, and see if I had any questions. I had just installed this unit in my 5th Wheel (I'm a full time RVer), and ran my first load of wash through it prior to the call. At that point, I was experiencing a possible issue, and had a theory as to the cause and solution, but had not completed my troubleshooting/resolution process. The lady on the phone initiated a trouble/support ticket while on the phone, even though I felt it was premature for that. But she wanted to do anyway, get it in the pipe, in case I did need help. I thought that was awesome!! I completed my troubleshooting, and was able to implement a simple solution. In short, my theory was right, and my solution solved everything. When support contacted me, I advised what I had experienced, what I believed was the cause, and how I solved it. The gentleman from support concurred with everything. So, for the problem: This unit has two dryer configurations. Vent-less, which uses cold water and a condenser to dry, and vented. I chose vent-less, rather than boring a hole for the vent at this time. I don't recall the specs, but the manual advises how much space is required around the unit on top, sides, and back for air flow. In vent-less, the unit generates and holds more heat than vented. My 5th wheel had a cabinet specifically for a washer or washer/dryer combo, pre wired and plumbed except for the dyer vent. This cabinet met the specifications for top and back, but was short for the sides. Thus, would not allow enough air flow around the unit during the vent-less dry cycle. The unit would basically lock up (the electronics/control panel) during the dry cycle (no issues during wash cycle). I added a fan to move air through the cabinet. With the fan running, all works fine, and has done so for 10 months. I do think that venting rather than vent-less would be a better solution. The unit uses more water and generates more heat, in vent-less/condenser mode than when it's vented. Not really practical in an RV, especially if boondocking situation. I may go ahead and vent my unit at some point. Meanwhile, it just works great. Plus, I don't always use the dryer feature. I use a cloths line or drying rack for most (but not all) washes when/if practical. My cloths etc. come out very clean!! I'm glad I went with this brand and model. Originally I was looking at a more common/popular brand and model. But ended up choosing this one due to the fact the other brand/model had made a big jump in price right before I was ready to purchase. This caused me to research a little. And, at the time, this unit had a higher percentage of positive reviews, and had a better price.

Washer dryer was delivered the beginning of May. The very first time we ran it a puff of smoke came out and the dryer part would not run. Called the help number and was told they would get someone to look at it. A couple months later after installing some parts, it still did not work. The end of October the company contacted me and I told them I wanted it returned. They told me I could not as it was more then 90 days. Hello it is more then 90 days cause you have not gotten it fixed. The told me they would next day air parts and get someone out to work on it. A week later and still no results. Amazon needs to get involved.

I bought this as an alternative to spending $2,600 on a washer dryer from my RV dealer. The RV here js a 2020 Montana High Country 373RD in case that helps anyone. There are some great things about this Washer Dryer combo and some not so great things.Pros: 110 VoltA dryer vent is not requiredWash and Dry capabilityCan turn it on and forget itDoes a good job of cleaning clothes if not overloadedLook is appealing to the eyesVery fast spin cycleMany modes to choose fromCompactSaves spaceCons: WILL SHAKE VIOLENTLY IF NOT LEVELWILL SHAKE VIOLENTLY IF NOT LEVEL (Yes I said that twice)Buttons feel kinda cheesyPretty small tubVery heavyIf condensing to dry will heat up RV or roomCan drip moisture if condensing albeit very littleEasily overloadedAll in all this is a very good compact Washer and Dryer combo. Eliminates the need for both a separate Washer and Dryer. The spin cycle shake is not apparent if the unit IS LEVEL. If your RV and thus the Wash Dry combo is not very level you WILL KNOW IT. I experienced this first hand when I first set up my RV. First time I used it it shook like crazy in a 41.5 ft RV with 6 electric Jacks all with 8 inch round bases. This RV weighs 13,000 lbs completely empty! If you put a level on the Combo, and it is just right, you will feel a slight shake but not bad. But remember it has to be level AND it cannot be over loaded. If you want to wash a comforter, forget it. It isn't big enough for that. I wash maybe 2 pairs of jeans and maybe 3-4 T shirts. That's the maximum. If you do more than that expect a whole lot of shake and your clothes not getting dry. All these smaller RV type washer and dryer combos cannot handle a whole lot at once. This thing will do its job but if you let laundry go a couple weeks, expect to spend an entire day washing laundry for 2 people max. This machine is not lightweight. It weighs more than my 5 cubic ft Washer or Dryer at home. Theres a whole lot in a compact dual purpose machine. Condenser allows you to dry with no vent but expect the room to get pretty warm. It does a fine job if not overloaded.Overall I would buy it again for sure to use in an RV as I did not have to remove the upper shelve in the closet where it sits. It takes up one washer or dryer space and does the job of 2 seperate units, but you cannot expect it to act like a full size washer and dryer. If you have it level and do not overload it and I know I have stressed this point but it is important, it will do a very good job. If those things are not done, you won't like it at all as it will shake and if overloaded your clothes will not fully dry and may not properly wash. The face looks slick and sophisticated but the controls "feel" kinda cheap. This does not effect it's performance though. On a quick wash the washer takes 20 minutes and the dryer takes 1 hour. You can turn it on and go boating if you want and if properly set you will have clothes ready to fold when you get back, albeit not a lot of clothes. I have the 2019 model in gold.
