Much better than a DIY approach to healing a leg tendon injury. Stays in place. A little tricky to get started, it's important to attach the bottom strap first. I keep it on for about 15 minutes, because it's really cold when frozen. Cools the tendon well.

Have used these for my horse to cool down legs after riding and help reduce swelling. Also used them when my friend hurt her back, they mold perfectly to your body and give great coverage!

I wanted to love these but they don’t get truly cold. I have had various ice boots in the past and these are the worst, sadly. Missed the return window otherwise they would definitely be going back and I would feel guilty reselling. They’re easy to use and seem durable enough but not worth the money.
