The Ergodyne ProFlex 100 Economy Spandex Back Support is designed to remind workers of proper lifting techniques while also enhancing the body's intra-abdominal pressure, moving the stress away from the spine for back pain relief. Features rubber track webbing to help keep support in position. SIZING To choose your size, use flexible measuring tape and find the circumference around your body at your belly button. The support should fit snugly around your hips with the front of the support two-fingers width below your navel. An easy-to-use hook & loop closure keeps the belt securely fastened while in use and can be worn over or underneath clothing. Adjust the suspenders straps to fit securely on your shoulders without causing tension. Turn it into a back support belt by simply detaching the shoulder straps from the belt. HOW IT WORKS Ergodyne ProFlex Back Supports provide lower back support and abdominal support for lifting heavy objects. Tightening the back support belt enhances the body’s intra-abdominal pressure and moves the stress away from the spine. My husband had me order a much more expensive support, which is a cream color. I knew he was going to reseal the driveway, plus wear it when doing all of his outside chores. My thought: It will be filthy. So I ordered this one because it will not show the dirt! I surprised him with it, and he loves it! At first he thought he would not use the suspenders, but there are times he does wear them now. Overall, I see him use this support again and again, and he says it has been extremely helpful. As for the $150 support, he wears it inside when he exercises and does indoor chores. He also says that one is comfortable enough to sleep in if necessary, while this one is not. In short, this one is the workhorse of the two!, and the price was reasonable.

For what it is, it works well. After wearing it, I found that i wanted a bit more coverage in the back.

do far so good great support. only time will tell the durability of the velcro. i like the stiffness of the elastic band, much stiffer and stronger than most ive tried

Got this back brace for my husband as he has some projects coming up requiring lifting and holding duties. On a lark he wore just the back brace, not the straps when he went to the dam to walk. He came home pain free. Not sure but we think the extra back support help in his walking/jogging today.

Pas pire au début , mais après seulement 2 mois d'usage occasionnelle la résistance de l'élastique ramollie ,ce model 1400OUN commence à se déformer , les supports latéraux sont plus courts deviennent croche et ne maintienne plus . Le bande latérale ont le velcro qui poche, car elles sont pas cousu sur une bande rigide.(comme le model 2000SF ) ils faudrait une couture en X sur le velcro pour donner plus de maintien.Je suis déçu , je pensai pas perdre autant en qualité de fabrication.Au niveau du maintien du dos c'est ''presque rien''. . Donc une bande élastique qui ne sert pas à grand chose , peut-être utile pour regarder la TV , mais pas pour la soulever.J'avais le model 2000SF avant qui m'a duré 2 ans et qui était très bien faite. Mais j' hésite maintenant d'en racheter une autre , voyant la coupure de qualité.
