Received my toolbox, had a small amount of demand, I reached out to ergo masters & their customer service was phenomenal, helped me out efficiently & generously. Toolbox works great & looks good.

I understand that you get what you paid for. This product is small and flimsy. It’s more like a toy version of the real thing. It came very nicely packaged. No damage anywhere. Instructions are all good. Predrilled holes all match. It looks very nice though, so there’s that.

I bought this cabinet to add drawers under my desk/workbench. It is in the configuration with the top unit in the bottom one (as shipped). In order to provide clearance for the bottom drawer I used the shelf as a spacer. It does fit under the desk and is functional with the units combined. That's the good part.With that being said, one should know that drawers are very shallow and do not provide much storage. It should also be known that it is constructed of very thin metal and, even though packaged well for shipment, there were many dents and bent corners. It is flimsy.

Delivery actually came sooner than expected. Arrived with no issues, greatly packaged and transported too. When first opening the box, it was not hard to take out of the packaging, only thing you have to worry about is mounting the wheels and the side rack and that was about it. Need a 10ml socket and wrench just so you know. Quick and easy to start placing my tools inside! Would definitely buy another one if I had to!

It’s made really cheap. Smaller than expected even with measurements. Thin metal, draws open and close rough.

Looks stronger then it is .not made of strong material.Christmas gift,haven't got the heart to tell my wife to send it back
