I love how these for in my hands. It's the same as making a fist which works perfectly for running, speed walking, or lunges. They're super comfortable and just enough weight. Easy to use because the confirm to your hand. I'll be buying other sizes but the lighter ones are too use for the above mentioned and pilates. Would 100% purchase again!

these dumbbells are perfect. I never lose grip and my wrists never feel irritated although sometimes I suffer from carpal tunnel. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Bought them for my mom to take with her on her walks. She was using normal metal dumbbells, which were causing her hands to cramp, so I was excited when I found these. The 4 lbs was the perfect weight, very comfortable and natural shape and she loved the blue color. She’s been showing them off to everyone!

This is a real review. I paid my own real monwy for these weights. Nothing was given to me for free.These are so much easier to hold than traditional weights. They definitely distribute the weight much more evenly. They have been working great for my elderly parent and myself. The grip materials on the outside help them to not slip as easily as a traditional hand weight. My only thing is, I've had some comments on the shape when they are just sitting out. Also mine didn't come boxed up nicely like the other reviews shown.

These weights are just what I was looking for. I wanted small weights that would be comfortable to hold during long workouts. I use these mostly when rebounding and my hands don’t fatigue at all. I gave them four stars instead of five because I don’t like that they feel like plastic and are less grippy when my hands are sweaty. They’ve haven’t slipped much or posed a problem - it’s more about the way they feel. I’d buy them again and will probably buy them in other sizes.

I've been looking for dumbbells that don't have a thick grip bar as my arthritic hands can't hold them. These weights are excellent. Easy to grip. Weight well distributed. Well made. Nice selection of weights. Do wish they offered 10 lbs but they only go up to set of 8 lbs. Be prepared they are expensive but worth it when others don't work.
