Snapped on easily. Feels great, so much nicer with a heavy bucket. I'm going to cut off original handles and replace them with these now.

They are way better than the cheap plastic handles that come on buckets and always break with repeated use. I wish they were cheaper and I would add them to more buckets. The feel good in your hands.

These won't disintegrate with use as the usual thin plastic bucket handle grips always do. They also have a larger surface area so there is less pressure on any given point of your hand. The only issue is that, if the section of steel wire it's going around is already slightly bent (as is common), it can be a bit harder to get this unit on tightly with the snaps firmly engaged. There's no real risk of the device falling apart in this situation, but you might get your hand pinched where the two pieces separate slightly.

This is a great product and really reduces the hurt on my hands when lifting and carrying a full bucket.

I live on a farm and haven numerous 5 gallon pails that are used for many purposes. Over time the original handles have broken leaving me with a bare wire to hang on to. I checked Amazon to see if there was a replacement handle and I am so glad that I did.These handles are BETTER than the original pail handle because they are a larger diameter making them easier to grip. They do not hurt my hands like the old handles did on occasion. I love them, I have pails that still have their original handles and I'm honestly considering breaking them off so I can replaced them with these. Not only have I put them on 5 gallon pails, I've put them on a couple of 2.5 gallon pails I use frequently. These handles are wonderful!I only gave them a 4 for ease to install because sometimes they can be a bit of a bugger to line up and snap together. I'd say 4 out of 5 went on easily and the 5th would be challenging and not line up easily for me, probably not the handles fault.One thing to be aware of is the handles are sent with opposite sides turned 180 degrees so they can't accidently snap together. You have to be aware of this and turn one side 180 degrees so the posts will line up properly when you go to install them.Overall, these are a big winner!

These handles were a big improvement and really helped to make carrying the heavy buckets less painful. Very easy to install.

This item is great! It’s quite chunky which makes my 5 gallon bucket handles super comfy.I use old 5 gallon paint buckets for all sorts of things around my yard…filling with water, weeding, hauling gravel/rocks. The original plastic handle has broken off many of them, and this EASY to use and clip on replacement is AWESOME! Super comfortable on my hands and super easy to install!The only issue I’ve run into is that one of my brand of paint bucket has a weird kink in the metal handle, and this replacement is just a bit wide for where the bend/kink is. So it doesn’t fit quite as nicely for that one bucket. But all the others are just right!

Love these! I had buckets that were missing the plastic handle. These are so much more comfortable than the stock handles. Have them on all my buckets now!
