I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect much from this microscope because the price was so cheap. I was wrong! The quality is very good!! Images are clear and it’s very easy to use. The slides that come with it were an added bonus!

Bought this to put together a home school microscope kit. The scope is the perfect kids size, but can do everything a larger one can do. The product came in a cardboard box and styrofoam cut out, not very good for storage so i got the $40 Apache case from Harbor Freight. The scope came fairly dirty, manufacturing dust on or in all the lenses but some windex and a qtip made from squeegee it is absolutely perfect. The manufacturing is clearly rough like glue coming out of some of the seams and some of the parts being stiff or loose. I am happy with my purchase and if you're hesitant due to lack of reviews like i was i can tell you as a lab calibration tech this product isnt a waste of time or money.

My son has always been into micro organisms. Seeing them under the microscope is intriguing and brings a huge understanding of micro life. This is pur first time owning a microscope. It's good for the price. We are still learning how to use it. The slide and circle coverings scratch very easily so we see the scratches when looking at things under the microscope.

After 1 year of little or no use both lights won't work. power supply nor batteries will illuminate the scope. Wires appear normal and no damage is viable. It was a Christmas gift to my grandson who rarely used it. There is no support for the microscope on the internet or phone number to call. It should have repair support or spare parts to buy but there is nothing.Addendum:I found out that my grandson had used the wrong power adapter, 20 volts vs 5 volts and that burned out both lights. I did find a replacement LED for the bottom lamp and a replacement LED for the top but I will have to solder that into the top light assembly once disassembled. I found the exact replacement top light assembly at a Canadian company website but they don't ship to the US. Well that made me a bit sore with our northern neighbors. Anyway, overall it's a great microscope for the money. Just make sure you use the right power adapter. Best if you mark it and keep everything together. :)

This is a good microscope for the price, and it comes with something that most microscopes in this price range does not have - a mechanical stage. Anybody who has ever used a microscope can tell you how useful that is.

This microscope is fantastic for children or adults. It’s an extremely fair price and my son has loved using this, it’s educational and entertaining for curious minds. It was easy to set up and is also easy to pack up and store away. It arrived really quickly and functions great. Superb magnification too.

This product is amazing. I did not expect it to be this good. The quality was nice and my son immediately used it and love it. It's a nice item for kids who loves science. I would highly recommend this microscope.

This product arrived quickly, was well packaged and really easy to set up and use. I have taken some photos using the phone attachment and they have been ok. It’s a good bit of kit if you just want something compact and not too heavy. It’s a nice design and has some nice features like the focusing knob and the slide adjuster while the slide is on the stage so that you have a lot of movement of the slide if you want it to see more.

It's a sturdy well made product, with good clear magnifying results, it has five different magnifications from 40; 100; 250; 400 and 1000 with two different lenses l found it difficult to focus at the 1000 though it comes to close to the lens, not sure how to get it to 2000 magnifications.
