It supports USB2.0 with data rates up to 480 Mbps in addition to backward-compatibility with USB 1.1.

Easy to set up and use. Quality is good but the distance is not quite what is listed. Maximum distance was closer to 250 ft for me.

Product works great. Just remember, the units power if from the device end, not the computer.

After 3 months the receiver started losing connection. I would have to unplug the power and/or move the cable around and lights would turn back on and connection would be reestablished. This is an issue and a nuisance to have to do this every couple of days.

consistently getting dropouts after any amount of time of non use. Could be 5 minutes, an hour or a day. Have to unplug/plug power to get it to work again.UPDATE: While I cannot give a better rating as the product still does not perform, I can give kudos to their support staff in contacting me the day after the review was posted.

I'm getting consistent dropouts using this device. Don't know why. The CableMattters version doesn't seem to be having that issue. Maybe look into that one instead.

Only one unit out of one of the pairs received work, the other pairs do not work at all.
