I managed to register a sim card 2 days before arrival to Sydney as Sim card user manual said. Put Sim into my unlocked phone. Phone connected to the internet fine using LTE, 60GB was enough for me and my wife for 2 weeks in Australia, 200 minutes of international calls was a very nice bonus!

You do have to register the card before being able to use it in Auckland and Australia. The instruction is not that good, however, best to use their Whatsapp application communication site. Once registered, should be at least two or three days before you leave for Auckland/Australia, you just notify them through the Whatsapp site, and it will be activated and used. You can put that into one phone, and share that with another phone using Teteering. However, this is only for data use, no voice access. Therefore, Whatsapp, or other communication portal is what you can use it for. I have encountered mostly 4G speed. What out for losing your access code, you will not be able to use it again if you lose that access code.

I ordered this for my mother to use while traveling in Australia. She’s not tech savvy, but I am, so I was able to get everything setup for her using the instructions provided.The SIM was activated and ready for use on her date of arrival, so all she had to do was turn off her US number and turn on the pre prepared Australian one.Thanks for making this process easy :-)

Bought this for my Australian vacation. Activiated before leaving for my trip and followed all instructions. Is not compatible with any of my apple devices. I tried on my iPhone 14, an old iPhone 7 and my iPad. Followed all instructions and called my carrier. Plus, contacted customer service. Now have to buy one in Australia and have I no cell service. Waste of time and money.

Just got back from Australia. This physical SIM card worked amazing. Used it for local calls with no problem. The cellular internet coverage was excellent in the Sydney area, and also we travelled to Byron Bay Area. Also had excellent coverage in that location. My daughter had her local Australian phone card with Telstra and our coverage seemed better at times. Obviously 40gb is a huge amount of data. In 11 days we used about 4gb of data. Vodaphone is huge in Australia and well known. So we were expecting great coverage and this delivered. Note that we bought the physical SIM card option for use in an iPhone 12 mini.

I used this SIM card in Australia recently. It was great and simple to install. You need to activate it before you leave the US but once in Australia it linked right up to the network. The SIM card has several size options plus the eSIM option. It was registered to somebody called Hong though as I kept getting text messages throughout my trip saying Hi Hong!The carrier it connected to was Vodafone and it actually lasted for 30 days not 21 like the listing said. At the end of the 30 days i got a text with a link to recharge directly with the company which was great.I was unsure to begin with what my phone number was as I could not find it anywhere on the packaging, however I called somebody and stored it in my phone for future reference. The balance was easy enough to check as I texted BAL to 1511 and it told me what I had left.It was really nice to have this option to have my phone set up prior to arriving in Australia and not having to spend the time in a phone store with several small children.The network coverage was great even in the more remote areas that we visited across the country.

Look Up Amazon Order # & write it down on the envelope when it arrives - You'll need it to activate!Not easy to do from a mobile device, so look it up on your computer and write it down on the envelope that the SIM and instructions ships to you in so you've got it when you need it!I haven't activated it YET, so I can't comment on the actual process because my trip is still in the future. I'm pleased that it is a 21 day, 40G of data SIM, unlimited local calls, and 500 minutes of international calling.
