This world great hold my phone and my phone doesn't fall and charges pretty fast too.

First off, you should be powering this charger with some real juice. At first, I was simply plugging the USB cable into one of the available USB ports in my Chevy, wrong! I soon learned that these factory ports are much too wimpy to power this charger, I would keep getting intermittent charging, on and off. At least this is my experience. Also fyi you can also purchase this exact ESR charger with their own included charging adapter for about $10 more, as a kit.My set up includes mounting the ESR charger to the ball end of a flexible metal gooseneck and it works great. I had to wrap a bit of electrical tape around the ball end to make my ESR charger fit tightly. This gooseneck has a big spring clamp at the end and can work great for any DIY install. I use an ESR MagSafe compatible case, see picture. It works and holds super strong on to the ESR charger, it is not going anywhere!So everything has been working great except for one thing. If you're like me, you are constantly switching back and forth between Portrait and Landscape orientation. Every time I rotated it, the magnetic strength was so strong it would begin to rotate and unloosen the entire charger from the ball mount. Very frustrating. At first my solution was to stick on one of those charging metal rings on the back of my phone case, on top of the already existing ESR MagSafe ring built into the case. Because this provided a harder, smoother surface to rotate on as opposed to the soft plastic case material. This worked okay but the more I thought about it, I wondered why there was always so much friction when there shouldn't be any on the smooth glass surface of the charger. Upon further inspection, I figured out that the friction was being caused by this tiny black plastic lip that surrounds the outer edge of the entire glass surface of the charger. I am talking only about .5mm in height above the surface of the glass. You can feel it with your fingernail. This is what the case surface has actually been resting on, not the glass! Is this a defect? I don't know. But I have purchased two of these chargers and they both had this lip. Any ways, on to my modification....I modified this ESR Charger by slicing off the excess lip surrounding the glass charging surface with a razor blade, see picture. Super easy. This allows for all surfaces to connect flat on to the charging surface. I held the razor blade at about a 45 degree angle all the way around. This eliminated the ridge that was causing the great amount of friction. If you always keep your phone in one orientation then this modification is not necessary. But for those that constantly rotate it, this makes a world of difference in smoothness! I removed the stick on metal ring on my case, don't need it anymore. The magnetic hold is super strong and I can smoothly and easily rotate between Portrait & Landscape, it works amazing! Now it is perfect, yes!

I had bought this for a work truck since my usb port doesn't work for my s23 ultra. I was skeptical at first because the truck bounces a LOT and I wasn't sure if the phone would stay on the charger. I was pleasantly surprised that even after going through construction zones with wrecked roads and potholes that could hide basketballs, my phone did not fall from the mount. I've been using it for close to two weeks and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Fantastic mount!!!

I’ve been using this wireless magnetic phone charger for months now, and overall, it works amazingly well. The magnetic strength is incredible—my phone stays securely in place even over bumpy terrain, which is a huge plus. Charging is fast and reliable, making it a great addition to my setup.The only downside is that the plastic nut on the back cracked within the first two weeks. Despite that, it’s still holding on, and honestly, I’ve just been too lazy to replace it. It’s a minor inconvenience considering how well the charger performs otherwise. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a strong, reliable magnetic charger!

This phone charger/mount works great! The magnet is incredibly strong, and the vent clip holds securely, so there’s no worry about the phone falling off. The only improvement would be if the vent clip were slightly smaller for a better fit. Overall, a solid and reliable product!

UPDATE:After the company read my review they were Gracious enough to send me a new charger mount. I have been using it and it has been working GREAT! As a gig driver I use my phone constantly and with this new charger my phone maintains a charge. I have not dropped below 88%, which is Great compared to my previous charger which would drop to 25% by the time I got home. I probably received a defective product, But the company made it good. DEFINITELY A GREAT COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have this mount and lately it has not been charging my phone adequately lately I been getting the yellow banner on my iPhone telling me my phone is at 25% even though I have on the charging mount.

Pros:- The sticking power of the flat base is incredible: within 5 minutes of putting, it on my dash, I couldn't move it in the slightest with a lot of firm pressure. Between the strong sticking of the base, and the strong magnets of the mount, I am very comfortable using this with my phone every day.- It looks sleek- 15W charging in the car is fantastic in the morning when I forgot to plug my phone in.Cons:The face of the magsafe portion is very easy to dirty. My phone has left a ring in it from fingertip grease and whatnot. Does not bother me in the slightest, but do be aware!

I absolutely love this product. The magnet is very strong, it charges fast and the size is perfect; however, I have had to replace it 2 times now. The vent clamp connection to the dashboard anchor loosens with every bump in the road, not a big deal but I have had an issue with the threads stripping and if you can't tighten it, it won't hold. Last time I had a problem with the ball joint part breaking. It would be great if they had replacement parts for this but I was unable to find them.

I've used the ESR MagSafe Car Mount Charger for six months and overall, it's impressive. The design is sleek and modern, and the strong magnet ensures my phone stays securely in place, even on bumpy roads. It's very easy to use and the wireless charging is efficient, and my phone never runs out of battery.After six months, the ring to tighten the magnet broke. However, ESR's customer service was excellent—polite, responsive, and they quickly provided a replacement unit. Despite this minor issue, the mount's strong magnet and quality build make it a great buy, so is many of the ESR product line. I have purchased numerous products including magsafe cover with stand; love it.

Bought this product in its early iteration in 2021 and I can confirm it is still holding just as strong as the first day. Mounted on the vent I have noted a few times across the years of the ball in socket loosening but easily can be tightened to stop dipping of the phone itself. Very easy to install and really strong magnetic mount even in rough terrain. The 7.5w charger does the job - have noted ESR now offers a 15w version as well as a cooling version and would highly recommend this if fast charging is a priority - will definitely upgrade once the original decides to stop working!
